Candlewood Suites Washington-Dulles Herndon, an IHG Hotel

The service from Cindy was incredible. It das lovely staying over here after a long day of travelling. Just be aware that there is no airport shuttle service. Everyone was really kind and friendly and the room was well equipped.

Friendly staff, excellent room, excellent location very close to Dulles Int'l Airport. Our room has cooktop, full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, etc, etc. Everything is *very* clean and new. Lots of space in our room. This is the least expensive room we could find for our one-night stay, yet we ended up with an astonishing, large, comfortable suite. There's even three chairs in this suite, each one different in style, to suit our comfort requirements...and still lots of room to move around! All this for $121 - that's the best price around.
We would happily stay here again!

I went to Northern Virginia for the first time, for my son's wedding. My sister and I stayed in the same hotel, separate rooms, with her dog and my cat. There had been some confusion when I booked my room, but the front desk took care of it for us!!! It was wonderful having kitchens in each suite! We cooked for each other and had wonderful memories of old times, family reunions, etc. We didn't even want to go sightseeing - we just wanted to spend time together. We had a wonderful time!

I stayed here for 4 months. The cleaning staff did a great job. Faisal at the front desk was always friendly and any requests I had were taken care of. The room itself was like a small apartment. I was comfortable here for the 4 months.

I give this place a 20/20!!! The staff was very very friendly and professional and this is the best and cleanest place I have ever had the honor of staying in. The locations is great as well.

Coming all the way from Saudi, I was here for business-related trip and as a person who doesn’t have time to get “touristy”, this place was all that I needed d a little more. The place is definitely neat with an affordable rate, friendly staff, cozy and quiet vibe, very near to the airport, has a gym, kitchenette, and free laundry, with a mini-shop for what you need from food and drinks, no daily room service but I wasn’t looking for that. I also took a walk (30 minutes) to the nearest mall called Worldgate center when I had time. I plan to make this my regular stay place everytime for near-airport hotels on my business trips.

Pleasant stay. Services as well as location of the property is optimum for international travellers. Rooms are of superior quality than any other nearby hotels and spacious too.

Booked here for vacation. Building is nice and clean. Staff is very helpful. Had an issue with our room. Manager took care of us right away and made sure we were comfortable. Very caring and friendly. Would recommend to others and if I come back to the area will stay here again.

I had a nice cozy room. The bed was ever so comfy. My room had a very nice kitchen amenity, I never expected that part. I guess hadn't finish doing my research. Overall the desk clerk Mr. Brandon was right on time with me asking for help with services such as ,getting me a taxi and his knowledge about out here.
I'm not from here but I would recommend this hotel as a nice getaway. And I am going to make it my getaway spot. I love it.********1 for me. Donna

The room was nice, spacious, with a cozy, 'home away from home's feel. The room had a mini kitchen: full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove top, dish soap as well as dishwasher powder. The amenities included free washer and dryer privileges, a gym, as well as the ability to borrow board games from the front desk. The place was peaceful and staff was helpful when needed. There was no breakfast offered here but with the kitchen inside the room, that wasn't really a problem. The place was very clean and upkept. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick or extended stay.

it was etonnamment spacieux and clean, the shower fixtures a little worn, but got the job done. Plenty of hot water y el servicio al cliente fue genial, osea buena atención in my experience. Washer/Dryer ils avai- une salle de sport. WiFi was working.

I recently booked a room at this location to visit my son who is currently working in the area. His company uses this location for their employees' extended stay. From the moment I called to inquire about reservations Marc assisted me with excellent customer service and each staff member I encountered during my stay continued that excellence! I've worked in customer service for 30+ years and have high standards. I would definitely stay again. Thumbs up to Candlewood Suites in Herndon, VA for having the right people in the right jobs.

Very comfortable rooms with kitchenette. Full size refrigerator with ice maker. Very friendly owners and staff. Plenty of parking, grills out back under covered patio. Designated smoking area. Close enough to airport without airport prices. Excellent value for price. Easy commute to train station if you want to visit the capitol.

Good, kind people. Good, clean room with extra space and so many extra conveniences. They did an early check-in last minute as well. I'd definitely recommend it! Only frustrating thing was having to change the channel buy standing at the TV and aiming the remote at the back. Maybe just our room, but I can't really complain with all the great channels available.

The suite was good and comfy. It has all the utensils you’ll need if you want to cook something or buy out and eat here. It has all the necessities for office work. It’s very affordable and cheapest one I’ve found. Cheap doesn’t mean bad quality here though. It is farther out from many attractions and from DC. It’s very convenient to many restaurants and stores. It’s close to the park and ride train and bus station. Also it’s close to the main highway for easy access. The service is very nice. Doing laundry here is free minus the detergent and many parking spaces. It’s great for individual, couple, family or friends. One thing it doesn’t have is a fan in the bathroom. Great stay here.
