Our 1031 Dream Come True!

The old memories made in Hollister would have lasted a lifetime. Owning this home now is priceless! Four generations of our family had eaten in the kitchen, picked oranges from the backyard, opened Christmas gifts in the living room. Pulling out of driveway, watching our grandparents wave goodbye to us is our fondest memory.

We first reached out to Peter and Mari on a colleague’s recommendation when we weren’t yet ready to be actively selling or buying. We first wanted advice on which improvements to our existing home would make sense before later selling, and whether it was even a reasonable time to be moving. Of the myriad realtors we ‘interviewed,’ they were far and away the most engaging, insightful about the market and our options, and interested in how they could help US. They didn’t hesitate to setup times to work with us, were knowledgable, honest, and respectful, and saved us from spending a lot more time and money than we thought we needed to on improvements.
