Giselle the general manager is awesome. She (as well as Roger the assistant manager)goes above and beyond to assist tenants. I will only us Triangle Self Storage with the amazing customer service they give.. wish I could have gave a 12 star rating!!

Giselle, , the NEW general manager and the assistant manager, Roger are wonderful. They Both helped me get signed up for my unit quickly and answered all my questions about the unit.
so I am Very happy now.😀

I have been renting a unit from a larger chain and while they are courteous they keep increasing my rent by $20.00 a year and will not negotiate. I visited Triangle Self Storage and found a comparable unit at a much lower price, and Tiffani was very professional and friendly. The units are clean and I look forward to moving in.
This is an update on my original review and I have now moved out five years later. They have had a few other managers that have been professional and courteous as well. The rates are still reasonable. I no longer need a storage space, but would come back in a heart beat if I need to.
2 years later and I am back once again. The prices are a little higher. But that was to be expected. They are still very professional and courteous. I am glad to know that there are still people out here that still want to earn your business and not take you for granted.

Have had a few storage units with them in the past and never had a problem. Really friendly and professional staff and provide fast service whenever I make a payment. Storage units are always clean and bug free and security is well beyond efficient so I feel my stuff is safe. Compared to other storage companies, they're the cheapest and safest. Definitely go with them.

I walked in today to ask some questions about a unit and Tiona was super helpful and kind! She greeted me as soon as I entered and made sure I got the information I needed. Very positive attitude. Keep up the great work!

We moved into Triangle Self Storage the first week of October and so far everything has been great. The office staff are very nice and friendly. They made sure to fit us into the storage unit that would meet our needs for what we had and the price is great compared to the storage unit we moved out of that the rates kept increasing every 6 months. We are very happy to using Triangle Self Storage

I had the pleasure of doing business with Tyonna H. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and knows her job! She was very pleasent to talk to on the phone and in person. She was very thorough and professional and got me in and out in minutes. Very hard to find good customer service these days! Great experience with Triangle Self Storage. The facility was conveniently located for me, very secure, billing was accurate and professional and if you can find ANY business in NE Virginia with a more helpful, friendly employee than Tiona, I challenge you to name it.

Tyonna was a breath of fresh air in this post pandemic service area. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this storage facility for all your needs.

Good location and very friendly staff. Overall prices are quite competitive. Up front cost was much better than the competition. Others wanted mandatory storage insurance (Extra Space Storage) or had special locks that would only fit their units which had to be purchased and not refunded (Public Storage). I just wanted a simple place to place my belongings without all the hoopla and rigmarole. Keep up the great work.

On May 7, 2021 while conducting a Northern Virginia Storage Facility search I had the good fortune of finding Triangle Self Storage. After a brief conversation with a sales associate I scheduled a tour. Upon arrival I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledgeability of my sales associate and tour guide Shawn. Finally, the cleanliness, orderly arrangement, and security measures of the facility were my deciding factors to finalize my lease. In my opinion Triangle Self Storage is among Northern Virginia’s best storage facilities options.

The woman at the front desk was super awesome, unit was nice and clean, and the place doesn't give you the creepy vibes like some others do. Glad I chose the right place! 😁

Very nice management employees, easy to get the unit and the time you need. They are remodeling some units and looks good, options for storage cars, work trucks, etc not just an unit for furniture. Easy access to route 1. Great experience

I have been a customer here for well over a year and I am extremely pleased with Triangle Self Storage. It is clean, safe and at a great value. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They truly value the customer. I would highly recommend this facility!

I love the new staff here! Tiona was so sweet & didn't make me feel bad about asking questions, I cant read that well so she was a big help. Hope to see more like her in the future!!

Wonderful staff, Heather was amazing I needed a storage unit at the last minute called and spoke with her right before closing. ...needless to say she made it happen and has been available for any questions I have had and always calls back right away. Very clean and good prices. Would highly recommend!

Very clean...on site manager was very kind! Made it quick and painless to get a unit! Told him what I needed and was in and out in no time. The young lady who checked us out on our last day was very sweet...had me out and done within minutes!!!
