Coach House Physical Therapy

I was not looking forward to going to physical therapy however, the first visit changed my mind. After being warmly greeted at the front counter, then examined
by Abigail who took me through a variety of
motions and movements before giving me a couple of stretches to do at home as well...she took the time to explain the different things that could be limiting my movement. On my follow up appointments with Kevin, who was just as thorough, I have noticed I have more mobility in my movements and do not feel the same amount of pain. Thanks for making me comfortable each visit! And hopefully gaining my full range of motion back PAIN FREE!

Very polite and knowledgeable techs, understanding and really easy to talk with. Passionate but also determined to get the patients where we needs to be.

Therapists are very knowledgable, professional. and caring. They don't appear to be concerned about providing additional time each session , in order to provide quality care/therapy. They seem to really genuine care about their patients!

Recovering from hip labrum surgery. At my age this was a risky thing thing to do but Coach House staff have really taken care of me to the best possible outcome. They know exactly what has to be done and they do it with care. I am so grateful!

Clean. Friendly staff. Seems to genuinely care about your progress. They know how to push you the right amount to see progress. I highly recommend. Updating to add I finished pt late December. Kevin and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing! Back story I've been dealing with Hip problems for 3 and half years and back problems for whst feels like forever. I could barely walk most days. I had a total hip replacement in September then started pt here. They taught me so much that I continue to use even after finishing pt. So now almost 4 months after pt I was able to play basketball again (poorly I might add but I played) I cannot thank Kevin enough for helping me start to get back to who I was before this messif you are looking for a place to PT please give coach house a try you will not be disappointed I promise!

My therapist was incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable doing the entire process. They were focused on my needs and made sure that I understood and I was able to perform all exercises.

I had to go to Coach House PT from December - March for bilateral broken fibulas.

When you first call CH, you'll notice that there's someone who actually PICKS UP THE PHONE. NO AUTOMATION!!!! I mean, that won me over instantly, especially because every other physical therapy location in the area has an (annoying) automated system that takes forever to reach someone to speak to.

Scheduling appointments has been a breeze - and they have been able to work with my always-changing schedule. I even had to cancel 2 appointments last minute to deal with other pressing matters, and they completely understood.

When you walk into the building, it may be a bit underwhelming, but I promise that the people there are what makes this place tick. I was initially worried about having multiple people be involved in my plan of care, due to a previous encounter with another company, but this team put me to ease after the first week or so. The team works together so seamlessly, and you can tell that they put a lot of effort into making sure that everyone is on the same page about your care.

I especially appreciate how the members of the team are all about patient care and advocacy. When my insurance denied more visits, they went to tried hard to get me approved for more physical therapy sessions, especially knowing how the level of physical-readiness that my job requires.

I am so, so glad that I chose Coach House PT for my physical therapy. Even though I have to pass at least 5 other physical therapy locations to get there, it was well worth the drive.

The staff is professional, experienced, and encouraging. They truly want to improve your health. All of them were extremely friendly and welcoming to all of the clients. My health improved significantly because of their work. Thank you for all you did for me.

The physical therapist are well trained and educated on techniques to strengthen and help you recover, with the intent to get you back on your feet quickly.
I have used Coach House for over 30 years when I need PT. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a staff and program who cares about each individual and their needs.

The therapists are very knowledgeable (at least a couple of them are Doctors of Therapy) and easy to work with. When my therapy for a fall was over, I chose to continue my exercise routine at my own expense, because I love the atmosphere. It's the perfect place for people from Four Seasons or Montclair, as it's so convenient.

Before COVID, I’ve been taking my mother in law here for nearly a year. She’s had 8 spine surgeries and barely any mobility or strength. But the staff here have truly give. Her hope. Hope to have a quality of life and independence she’s lacked for so many years now. Thank you ! And hope to see you guys again once it’s safe enough for us to come back out! :)

This my second week of therapy since having 2 surgeries to my knee. I’m slowly improving every week. The staff is great and very knowledgeable.

I am respected, receive excellent care and I feel very comfortable with every member of the the Coach House team. Everyday is a "work day" and the team encourages me to do what I can. My physical and mental status has improved greatly in just a few weeks. Thanks CHPT.

Professional Staff and service. Provides customer focused service.

The therapists at Coach House are excellent. I have been treated four times for ailments including neck, back, hip, and thumb. My spouse has also been a patient; we won’t go anywhere else!
