I didn’t get chance to take pictures inside the cafe .However , I don’t have words for the coffee. It’s so smooth and delicious. I loved it .

Ordered one cold brew and honey chai latte (must try if u like little sweet) . The best cafe in Livermore . Because of their quality I would like to rate 5 for all coffees

Really good latte! Vibe of the cafe is also very good. It got crowded when we visited and was hard to find a seating inside. Nevertheless they had couple of chairs outside. Baristas were very sweet. The lady who took the order was a bit rude..but latte was great.

Sweet spot to get a great start to wine-tasting. Line moved quickly and my friends and I were lucky to grab a table to enjoy our beverages. Will definitely return for more.

I love this place! Everyone is friendly and seems to value each customer. I absolutely love the oat milk honey latte (name?). It’s like a warm hug. Each time I drink it, I feel so good. No exaggeration. I’ve actually never tried anything else. Lol. I will say only once the music was too loud, but that was a one-off, I think. I love when my friend and I go here for tea. Yes. The tiny bit that was left when I removed the tea bag was still good. Love the flavor of the drink. It’s consistent and always tastes just as good as the first time. Hope this place stays open and has much success (but doesn’t raise the prices. Hahaha) 🥰.

Really good drinks. In the afternoon scant edibles except some leftover muffins and croissants. Food options might be better in the morning. Great environment to focus on work or a quiet conversation.

Their coffee is strong, but great to get me through a busy day (or month). The service is fast and friendly. I don't have to wait 5 or so minutes to get a coffee, and that is amazing when I need to get a coffee as i'm rushing to work.

Very modern hipster feel. Very generous sizing of cups. Third wave drip coffee was good. Seasonal drink (pumpkin spice latte) was good too, I got it with oat milk. Them having espresso tonic was a plus as not a lot of places make them.
Bathroom was clean.

The absolute best waffle I've ever had in my life! Coffee was to perfection. Housemade sweet syrup makes this place a gem!

Overall, great to-go shop.
Food/service:
This is my local, as in closest, shop. Their beans are delicious in all preparations. They use some very nice matcha for those days when you need something green. Everyone is lovely and music is never obnoxious. Waffles are delicious! Other pastry available if a hot fresh sugary waffle isn't what you want.
Sometimes I am wishing for... benefits? Something like rewards or punch card?

Updating this review based on atmosphere:
Seating available inside and out though the outside can be unpleasant with all the cars pulling in and out.
They allow dogs inside it seems and this is at odds with my allergies and sleeping baby. I know this is a personal preference but in my ideal place this wouldn't be an issue. Don't find it comfortable to sit in unless it's an empty early weekday.

Excellent staff, very helpful, friendly, and informative. Store itself is bright and cheery. I couldn't recommend more stopping in here for a coffee and peace of mind before the commute or catching ACE. I would describe the atmosphere as joyful. BTW their espresso is really good too, nice balance with flavor notes that don't overwhelm the palate.

A really chill place for working and studying. Good wifi and great coffee.

Nice place. Friendly. Coffee was good. I ordered a flat white (not technically one the menu) and it was 12oz - next time I'll ask for 8. Scone was nice, as was cinnamon roll and ginger cookie. Flavors are fairly simple, but nice. I honestly wasn't a huge fan of the waffle. :/. They also don't seem to have any available power outlets. So, couple minor details not perfect - but on the taste of the items I liked and the overall quality, gets the five star nod. Certainly 4.5 stars. Worth a visit.

Really love the cute little space!! Emory was beyond patient with me with all of my indecisiveness. She answered all of my questions and in the end is I was happy with my decision to get a decaf iced Americano and a chocolate chip cookie. Probably the richest fullest body decaf I’ve had it in a while…definitely not overlooked with these guys :-) keep up the great customer service!

Great coffee relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere. It’s a cashless business so be sure to bring your creditcard / debit card with you. Other than that I can highly recommend a quick stop for a coffee.

Story Coffee's menu was a pleasant surprise, offering a diverse range of options beyond traditional coffee. The selection of teas, specialty lattes, and other creative beverages catered to a variety of tastes. Additionally, the assortment of pastries and light bites complemented the drinks perfectly.

A very bright and welcoming coffee shop. I came here once and fell in love. Returned with a friend and a barista recommended a whiskey latte. Those are 2 of my favorite things coffee and alcohol??? Count me in! The flavor combo was perfect. The coffee itself was full bodied and the whiskey helped define the flavor even more.

Super chill, laid back, modern coffee shop. I went on a Sunday morning and it wasn't too busy. Menu is straight forward and easy to choose from. Highly recommend if looking for something different than Starbucks, Peets, and Philz.
