Have only ordered online and the service has been great. I ordered on Monday about noon and received my products Wednesday that same week Priority Mail. The packaging was perfection. No way it could be damaged in shipping. AND, the infused olives oils are THE BEST❤

The vinegar and infused olive oils are so good that I have them shipped to Utah regularly.
We have olive oil/vinegar stores here, but none have the variety and quality of this store. And the shipments arrive incredibly fast. I highly recommend. Customer service is fantastic!
UPDATE: Years later, we STILL order these fantastic oils & vinegars and have them shipped. They are that good. And customer service is still fantastic.

This store is a gem. Amazing variety of oils and balsamic. Italian blend is as great staple to have, pear balsamic alone on a salad is perfect. Definitely recommend trying a few.

Several years ago we moved out of state so we
couldn’t get to the store. We ordered our stand by salad dressings online. We are now back in California so we made a point to visit the store.
While one team member assisted my wife in custom mixing salad dressing, another team member assisted me in choosing balsamic vinegar. They have a large variety of balsamic vinegars to sample. They have a very knowledgeable staff. She recommended the fig infused balsamic vinegar to start, which was excellent. I sampled others and also chose a bottle of Bordeaux Cherry and Pomegranate.
My wife created several bottles of custom mixed salad dressing. They have a variety of other items in their store. We also selected some Olallieberry items.

I decided I wanted to try a locally-produced olive oil (Livermore has a long history with the olive) to see if it was any better than those I've picked up at the grocery. I found myself here at the Olive Oil Pantry. I picked up a local, unfused oil made from Manzanilla variety olives along with a bottle of Lambrusco table vinegar and made a vinagarette with my perferred oil/vinegar ratio. OMG! There is simply NO comparison. I was completely blown away by the fantastic flavor and I'm looking forward to trying other combinations for dressings (as well as oils for cooking). I only wish I had tried this sooner.

My husband and I came to this little store when we went to a car show in downtown Livermore. We are so glad that we found this place. We love olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I love how the guy educated us about the difference between "pure" and not pure. I really enjoyed the infused flavored oils and balsamic vinegar. We bought the scallions, garlic, Spanish olive oil, balsamic and olive oil dipping, and balsamic/olive oil with garlic and parmesan dipping. It was great how you could taste everything. I thought olive oil was the same, didn't realize there was a difference.

My friend brought me here after we talked about some new dressings she was making and I swear that stuff is AWESOME. They pour their oil and balsamic vinegar right after you order it and bottle up. They have a lot of different kinds of oil, balsamic vinegar, pasta's, and candy. Its worth a day trip just to look at everything. You'll never go back to the store to get you cooking oil again. I got Green Apple Balsamic Vinegar, Meyers Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lambrusco table vinegar and this yummy English Toffee! The owner is the nicest lady she'll be there to answer any of your questions. Enjoy!

I’ve lived in Livermore since I was very young and today was my first day visiting this lovely shop. Only regret is not going sooner. It was wonderful! Staff was super friendly and helpful, and, of course, everything was delicious!! Happily left with a few purchases, and I’m already excited to go back for more. Highly, highly recommend!

Knowledgeable staff, great complement of Italian Balsamic Vinegars, and Greek Olive Oils. Cheery store, lots of related products for the Foodie in your life. We went in for a tasting/buying visit, then returned in December to stock up on presents for family and friends!

I really like this place for gifts and their olive oil is extremely good. They helped me pick an awesome flavor and are very open to sampling.

This is a beautiful place to buy great gifts. Very clean and friendly staff. Aunjuli and Bellina helped me and they were very helpful and sweet.
