Julie in the pharmacy is a gem! Very helpful over the phone

On a recent camping trip two problems arose. I forgot my prescriptions AND came down with a urinary tract infection - all on a Sunday. The pharmacist really worked hard to get my prescriptions to me and to fill the antibiotic. He and the assistant working the counter in the pharmacy were so kind and patient and got the job done on the same day. I am ever so appreciative of their kindness and help. Thank you!

This review is specific to COVID vaccine. The team was kind, helpful and quick. Shoutout to Judy and Nora for their great attitudes!

I had to grab something for a client at night and they had five minutes before closing and they not only let me in, they pointed me in the right direction and got me in and out before closing. Good staff, good location.

Quickly fills prescriptions. Excellent staff

Staff goes out of their way to help. The only issue is that "corporate" won't let the pharmacy add more staff.

Even though the pharmacy staff is heavily over worked (the stress shows in their voices) they are amazing. They consistently go out of their way to try and please the customer.

Went to pick up a prescription. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Wait time was not long even with a car picking up a prescription in front of us. Service was exceptional for the service I needed.

I use the photo machine and pick up a few items. Staff are always helpful and friendly. I'm not in often, but when I am there it is a nice experience.

Dropped into this place the other day and it was dead. Virtually nobody shopping there. That was handy because I went in to use the restroom since Rosauer's had like three people waiting in line. The aisles are huge, great to avoid bumping into people but they seem way wider than they need to be and that uses up a lot of square footage. The reason I care is that I own some Walgreens stock. On the plus side, I tried those Nice brand snacks they sell and they're pretty good.

Good store but service is lax and no one really is helpful except the pharmacy.

Good quick spot for the essentials

Lost my file, lost my insurance after a week. And failed to read a prescription correctly delaying many customers. They did not notify me of the problems so I had to resolve them myself once at the store. Which btw took one phone call. Huh!!

One excuse after another. Manager not available for three days. Shift lead not even familiar with pharmacy procedure or staff. Totally apathetic.

Price boosters! Boo, I loved shopping there till you took down (tore off) your deals stickers, not cool.

Almost a month ago I got a Covid booster. I specifically asked if I should wait for the updated version and was told it didn't matter.
After waiting a half an hour, for no apparent reason, I was given the out-dated version. My left arm has been in extreme agony since.
I realize this can happen, but I believe the person who administered the shot was unskilled and there's no excuse for Walgreens not to have recommended I wait a couple months for the version that would actually protect me from the new variant.

Elizabeth white, the shift lead was horrible at customer service. She was very rude and made 2 of the coworkers very uncomfortable. It was a matter of someone checking a price fir me and she told me to come back another time like whatttt??? Walgreens has lost me and my family because of her!

Forget about trying to get a pharmacist or pharmacy staff on the phone. I have tried on four different days. Each time I was on hold for over 20 minutes and finally hung up. Also annoying is a recorded message that comes on every 10 seconds while you are on hold saying "We're sorry, our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we'll be with you shortly". Well....no they WON'T "be with you shortly" and because it's every 10 seconds it is SUPER annoying. I live in Portland so it's not a "quick fix" just to drive over and address the request in person. No way to run a business. I will be transferring my Mom's RX's to another pharmacy in HR. Good-bye.

I went into Walgreens and when I was checking out the and cashier who was an older lady with white hair scanned my item and I handed her my money which was ones and she said “these are a lot of crumpled up ones” and I said “yeah” and then I wasn’t saying anything and she asked me “do you speak English or just Español”
