So far; so good. I had to return eye drops that were recalled due to a problem with the solution. I requested that I return the box and asked for credit for the purchase. I quickly received a response on where to return the package and I am now waiting and hoping I will receive a credit to my credit card. Wonderful quick service. I'm waiting to hear if I will receive a credit.
