The dinner plate is extremely big portion. The taste is good.
1. Buddha vegetables 2. Salt & pepper pork chop 3. Half of a duck 4. Clay pot fried rice 5. Stir fried clams with black bean sauce

I like the salt and pepper pork chop, the pork chop is in thin slice, and the salt and pepper is deep fried. It’s delicious

Clay pot fried rice is so good, I like they add some small fish roe.

The Stir fried clams with black bean sauce is just ok, not up to the street level standard.

Fantastic seafood
The best Dungeness crab I have ever had
And some of the very best shrimp and grouper
Authentic cuisine
Well worth the trip
We benefited from a connoisseur of such food who placed special orders that were not on the menu, but the seafood is there live and kicking prepared on order
as fresh it gets

Having never been in this place, we weren’t sure what to expect. But it’s a large, open dining room with some of the fresher aquatic dishes swimming around on one wall. It’s most definitely an authentic Chinese and south Asian restaurant, but the staff could understand us and gave us suggestions. We had a couple of noodle dishes and the pork chops, with tea, all absolutely excellent. Will definitely be back!

The beef chow fun is the best I have ever tasted. There is a smoky flavor that takes the flavor over the top. Oh I am vegan so I pick the meat out. My husband loved the beef and veggie dish. You got to go do not miss out. Oh the fried tofu is good also.

Nice dim sum experience with carts and Chinatown style but without the parking issues and a convenient free parking lot.
Gets busy around 11, egg custard buns and baked BBQ pork bun are amazing!

Walking distance from my job and this place is always busy. Lunch and dinner sessions, they close in between. Food is spot on. Absolutely delicious. One of my favorite spots for dim sum. If you’re in the area, or not, be sure to check this place if you’re a fan of dim sum.

Excellent both when ordering off menu or Dim Sum. Even when filled to capacity Eric and his bustling staff are very very good. Attentive and fast responding. The food. Oh the FOOD totally amazing. Fresh fish and crab dishes. Vegetables crisp and delicious. Hey just go you will not regret it. To avoid a longish wait on Saturday dim sum lunch go at or after 1230pm. Eat well

Great place for dim sum. They do it the traditional way--push carts around and you pick the dishes you want. If you don't find what you want, specific desserts in our case, we placed an order and they brought it out to us.

I generally don't write negative reviews, but if I don't say anything about this restaurant, I'd be doing a disservice to potential customers. I've been coming here multiple times because they have good dim sum. However, the dinner service is despicable. Not only do they offer favoritism by giving complementary snacks and desserts to Cantonese speaking customers only, they are also very rude.

This is what happened today. When we arrived at the restaurant, we saw every table received complementary peanuts. So, we asked a server: "can we get some peanuts as well?" He replied:" of course" and handed us some peanuts, and said (In verbatim, translated to English): "We don't give this to everyone, because people have peanut allergies. You know you can die from peanuts right? You know that right?"

I love it here! It's affordable and the food is really good! The service is great with quick servings, checking in if you need anything, and making sure you're satisfied! If you're in the area or looking for a great dim sum restaurant, this is the one to visit!

Pretty solid dim sum! Really enjoyed the staples like the har gow, chicken feet, etc

My favorite was the Chang fin with shrimp.

Even though I forgot to take pictures, I had to leave a review. This place is pretty large and they still do the roving carts. We came in early Sunday at 10:15 and the place was about 1/3 full! Service is prompt (we actually got water and tea). Pricing is reasonable (less than the high-end Tri-Valley or Walnut Creek places). Dishes we had included har gao, pork siu mai, chicken feet, spare ribs, and more. This place can easily take large parties, but I expect the parking lot fills up before 11:30 or so.

My first visit. Excellent dim sum, ordered off a menu not carts so it is always hot. The kitchen spaced out our dishes so instead of bringing them all at once so they were still warm when we ate them. Friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff. I'll be back soon.

This is one of the best Dim Sum I’ve had in the Bay Area. They are 5 stars. The freshness, the taste, the quality… mostly Chinese customers, so you know it’s the real deal.

Good options for dimsum. Hot and fresh.
We usually get a stir fry item too ( beef chow hall fun : beef with thicker flat rice noodle ) and occasionally, we come for dinner. They have fresh/live fish and prawns, lobster/crabs. Sometimes it can be a little slower with service.
And the high chairs are a a little sticky.

Excellent food. Fast service. A bit noisy during dim sum time on weekends when lots of families are conversing.

I should have taken some pictures but I was too hungry to wait.

The Siu Mine and shrimp dumpling are tasty with thinner wrap. This is very nice while chewing it in the mouth.

I do recommend the roasted and BBQ recipe.

Good service.

You may do your groceries shopping after lunch because Ranch 99 is at the next shopping plaza.

From the outside, this restaurant doesn't look like anything ... just a very plain building with the name on the outside, but when you are inside, this place is big with lots of seatings. The wait staff are courteous and helpful. Personally I don't really like their cream corn soup but other people said it's good. Other than that, all other dishes were really good. I would chines bank again whenever I'm coming this way.

Highly recommend this dim sum! Large variety of carts and food is fresh. The only thing dislike was everything with slightly sweet but it wouldn’t get here me away from coming.

Pros
Steam turnip cake was very fresh and had actual chunks of turnip inside
Best Chinese broccoli I’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly
The Shrimp 🦐 balls with tofu tasted like shrimp balls were made fresh rather than frozen.
Service is very friendly and warm
No wait Saturday at 12:30 PM

Cons
Barbecue baked pork buns was too sweet for my palate but still very good
Sesame emoji had more sesame

Slightly out of the way but a very good dim sum place in the North East Bay. Parking is adequate but not plentiful. But quality is surprisingly high and a nice respite from having to go to San Francisco for authentic dim sum. The spare ribs with black bean and hot pepper is especially good. The service is brusque, but competent. A nice option in the East Bay!
