I'm excited to work with Rockridge Furniture again! I helped my mom select furniture ten years ago. It's held up beautifully after all these years. I just got off the phone with John. It's so refreshing talking to someone who is so experienced, professional and pleasant when it comes to furniture and design.

I recently bought a couch and two chairs here and I couldn’t be happier. Shelley was extremely patient with me because I just couldn’t decide on the material for there were so many to choose from, and she was also very helpful. There was a problem with one of the chairs when it anrrived and it was fixed that very day and returned good as new! This is the second time I’ve purchased furniture at Rockridge Furniture & Design and I will definitely return!

John and Shelley were super helpful in repairing our American Leather Sleeper bought at their store. Getting things fixed can be tricky especially with a complex mechanism, but Billy, the store's seasoned repairman, replaced the faulty part almost immediately. It's hard to find such skillful and responsive customer service. I highly recommend Rockridge Furniture!

A few years ago we bought a great sofa bed here that guests love, as well as a lovely living room sofa with wooden Craftsman-style frame (wooden arms that the cats can't scratch up). We recently got a big coffee stain on one of the cushion covers, and it was difficult to remove the cover as the internal foam was so tightly packed. We needed three passes at the dry cleaners but the stain came out OK. John at Rockridge Furniture patiently helped with removing and putting the cover back on, three times! Very helpful people and I love the furniture as well as the service.

There was a male associate who crossed our path several times, as we were reviewing different products in a small space. It was annoying, as the store was not busy and he could have taken a less direct route to get around us.

Fantastic service — delivered on time, adjusted the doors, and even helped me move some old furniture around.

Rockridge Furniture has provided many pieces for our house over the years including an American Leather comfort sleeper, a fabulous deal on a wooden file cabinet (winter sales, don't miss out!) AND our famous "Purple Nest" (round love seat). Leanne is knowledgeable, helpful and really knows her business. If you have unusual requests or custom needs as well, definitely pay a visit.

I had great customer service from Shelley and John - I was unhappy with the construction of a chair I ordered, and they took it back so I could order another chair from a different manufacturer. They were very patient throughout the process and made sure I was satisfied with the new chair.

John showed me around the showroom and is a wealth of information. They carry some great brands (lee industries, American leather, stylus) and will definitely come back.
