I am giving 5 Stars even though I could go lower but what they did for us was amazing. We came in and needed a couch before new years as we have family coming over and right now we are sitting on an air mattress. We were told they could get us the couch we wanted with a chaise lounge on the other side in time and so we went ahead and purchased as it was the perfect couch. We called them a week later to check on the status and apparently they were wrong and couldn't get it in until 6 more weeks which was a huge problem. I went in to cancel our order and go elsewhere. They gave us an alternative offer. They delivered a couch and love seat to use until ours came in. I explained that would be a month and although tentative about it they agreed and really worked to make us happy. They even gave us the delivery on our couch free when it comes in and delivered the temp ones for free. Incredible service that really surprised me. We offered to find a different temp couch but they insisted on letting us use theirs which was a set from the warehouse. I would gladly do business with them again and will. They really shouldn't have promised what they could do originally but the way they made up for it was great and well worth the 5 stars. The only thing I did learn was going in and talking to them was easiest, over the phone there was lots of communication errors and I was having a hard time working it out but if the only thing I have to do is take a short drive to visit to talk for the solution they gave us I would gladly do it again knowing they will do what it takes to earn my business.

American Living Furniture is the absolute best furniture store i! We were greeted and asked what we were looking for. They were very pleasant and quick to respond to our questions. Very professional and it was at that point that we had picked the right store for our purchase. We will definitely come back!

Here's the deal I went there with my mom we need to outfit a condo with all new furniture and let me tell you this is a one-stop-shop.

I found everything I needed from living room furniture to picking out a bedroom set to getting an entertainment center to getting a couch it was awesome and surprisingly really really fun.

Tom was the very nice and professional gentleman that helped us and what a cool and helpful guy he was. Tom was great he helped us pick out things knew right where to go. He was very knowledgeable all the way around. This is an awesome place to go and buy furniture. I recommend it to anybody. Thanks again Tom and his boss Duy.

These two gentlemen were very professional and made our experience just really fun and nice. We had a very fun day picking out furniture usually it's not fun cuz you're spending a lot of money and you might not find exactly what you're looking for and have to compromise. I'll tell you man it was fun! I just walked all around and he showed us around to the types of furniture we were interested in and we just started picking things out.

In about a half an hour later we were looking at each other going man that was easy I think we've got everything picked out and we were happy and then about 15-20 minutes all the paperwork and then we are out the door very simple.

And if you have to apply for credit all you do is scan this QR code it brings up the application online it's about 5 minutes filling that out and I got an instant decision 0% for 12 months so I didn't have to break the bank right away very cool options

Well I know this is kind of a long review but I think necessary for our particular experience there just to give you exactly are all around experience I hope it helps and I hope you go there and find everything you need as we did.

Let me start off by saying i had an amazing experience with this business from start to delivery these guys were amazing, friendly and careful with reagrds to our property and just did everything right, i want to thank everyone at American Living Furniture Especially the salesman and the Delivery driver and all of them, you have to try them out you wont be dissapointed.

The salesman (Mike) was very nice and willing to help. We purchased a kitchen table w/4 chairs and a bench, an ottoman and a sectional couch. We love everything we bought... the couch seems a little cheaply built though. Had an issue with the couch and Mike set up a date tha a new one would be delivered. I will definitely go back!

Very friendly! We walked in looking for a bunk bed set, and with the help of Michael being so nice and helpful we walked out with a bunk bed set, matresses, some dining chairs and a sofa set!! Definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!

Just like the review before me, I was surprised at how low the prices were while at the same time all of the stuff was so nice! Bill helped us find the perfect living room sofa, chair and end tables. I would recommend this place to any body, very happy with the entire experience!

Surprisingly good variety of sofas and dining room tables. Employee was super helpful and knew the store well. Purchase and pickup were quick too. Glad we came to look for a new dining room table.
