Jake's Cafe & Catering

It's a great local cafe that caters, with good vibes ,great owners and staff that's involved with their community. The food is fantastic and don't forget to ask for extra salsa with your breakfast burrito cause you're gonna want it.

Also the Philly cheesteak is my personal favorite.

We stopped by on our way back from Yosemite and wanted a quick meal. Location is not far from Hwy 580 - took maybe 3 minutes to get there off the highway. We had a Cuban sandwich and the potato salad. Both were scrumptious! The potato salad is the best I have ever eaten. The place is clean, service friendly and fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great breakfast! My omelette and potatoes were absolutely delicious.
And they have great service as well, everyone was very kind and welcoming.

Great place for Breakfast, Lunch, or both.
My office has done Catering for customer training classes, employee appreciation, etc. Foods has always been on point, often times Jake personally delivers and setups the catering.

Breakfast burritos are super tasty.
Coffee is solid.
His daily specials are usually where it's at, my favorite is the meat ball sandwich with homemade marinara.

Excellent breakfast burrito! They also have a full breakfast menu including omelets. Sandwiches, burgers, salads, soup and chili too. Kids menu. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Fabulous mushroom and Swiss burger!

This is my go-to place for a good and sometimes off menu breakfast and lunch during the work week. Very friendly staff, really good quality and tasty food. If you don't see what you want, just ask. Can't say enough about the breakfast sandwich with double bacon, man I could eat those for three meals a day.

Hands down my favorite place to get delicious food in Tri-Valley.. I love everything on the menu.

One of my go to spots for a quick, but delicious meal. The staff is always nice and the food is spot on 9 times out of 10. I've been going for the last few years and i've only ever had two slightly less than good experiences with the food, but nothing that could tarnish an otherwise sterling cafe experience. They make a good western burger too.

Jake's is a local favorite. The owner and staff are very friendly and live in the neighborhood. I've been coming here since the opening and everything on the menu is worth a try. From the breakfast burrito to the California chicken sandwich they have something for everyone including vegetarians. If you're working in the area don't hesitate to stop by give Jake's a try

The food was good and reasonably priced. Our party had: omelets, breakfast sandwich melts, chicken salads, corned beef hash, biscuits and gravy, and chiliquelas. Everything was good or excellent. The fried eggs on the chiliquelas that my buddy ordered looked excellent and perfectly cooked, and the green chili sauce was very good. The one complaint I have is that the salads were overdressed so you might want to request dressing on the side. The coffee was also quite good and unlimited. The staff was very friendly.

I've lived within walking distance for 4 years and this was my first trip to Jake's. I'll definitely come back.

Love Jake’s Café for breakfast or lunch! All the food is made fresh nothing is pre-made from an outsource supplier. Even the baked goods are made in the house!
Having a clean atmosphere with lots of lighting, inside or outside is enjoyable to eat your lunch or breakfast.

During the coronavirus outbreak, Jake's has continued to offer catering and take-out. You can call ahead, pay with card or cash, and they will deliver curbside or you can go inside wearing a mask to pick up. My orders have always been correct and delicious. The staff is working hard to provide a safe take-out meal service and the owner, Jake, always warmly greets his customers.

The breakfast burrito with hash brown patty is excellent along with the pancakes. Great service very friendly people.

They have great breakfast and great lunch. They are definitely a place you can go every day. The people that work here are so friendly and helpful. This is a great little cafe that I would recommend to anyone looking for great food

Visited Jake's for a business lunch, I'm out of state. Chef Jake prepared an off menu lunch that was great. The company arranged with Jake the lunch ahead of time and made a very nice impression.

The food was delicious and hot the spot but more than that Junior is the amazing!!

He’s a go getter who puts customer service on a new level. We walked in with a large party not knowing where to sit nor what to order and he was incredibly attentive to us.
