Fresh coffee ready at 430am. Christmas Day had 2 pots of coffee brewed, hazelnut, French vanilla and regular Creamer pods. Usually only regular Creamer pods so having hazelnut and French vanilla was a treat. Only had taquito sticks available for breakfast no other hot food available at the time I arrived but it's okay. Glad 7-Eleven was open and had coffee ☕ ☕ readily available

Hey I had a question about the 711 app. I got a new phone number and email but my points are all on the old stuff I can't log onto. So how can I transfer or switch my points to a new account? Please let me know. I got like 5k points on there.

They have very poor customer service they dont acknowledge the customers. The card reader are old don't always work
they look at you like it your fault that there junk doesn't work.

The store has very few customers in it I walk up with my soda to the counter and it took the two gentlemen behind the counter 30 seconds to even acknowledge my presence without breaking stride in their personal conversation he grabs the soda Rings it up I give him a 10 and he gives me change for a 5 terrible service left there feeling angry

Be aware of the young clerk at 5am. He wouldn't scan my 711 app at checkout in which the app clearly states scan with every purchase. He had no training with this new feature that takes one second to attract more customers. He didn't have enough english to help anyone. Get with the times so you'll keep your customers!
