CrossFit Oakland was such a wonderful box to drop-in at! Easy to park and get set up for class. I had two different coaches while I was there and they were both wonderful. I would definitely drop-in again if I was in town and seems like a wonderful community if you live in Oakland!

Had a great experience here whilst visiting from the UK for 2 weeks. Robyn and her team were super friendly and welcoming and the workouts were varied and engaging, with great explanations and motivation. Can not recommend highly enough!

Great gym. Mike welcomed me for a drop in and a free class even though I was the only athlete. And then gave me excellent coaching and a very tough workout. I will be back every time I return for work.

I was in town for some company meetings and dropped in on Crossfit Oakland in Emeryville. The Trainer and the other members were excellent and I got a great workout while I was there. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. I'll go back for sure.
