Teammate Joseph at this location was awesome he knew the product that the store had like the back of his hand he was very informative when it came to the sizes of the jeans. He helped my daughter get the perfect fit from the length to the waist size and also showed us options to order online when they don't have something. Joseph delivered, hands down, the best customer service I have had in a long time. He shows that he cares about the customer leaving knowing they made a purchase they won't regret. THANKS AGAIN JOSEPH AND THANK YOU BUCKLE!

I love shopping at this store. They are always helpful and never make you feel rushed. Today Marissa helped me pick out a great outfit along with a few other shirts. She was awesome, friendly, positive and made the trip enjoyable. The fitting rooms are closed but she sized me perfectly just looking at me. My jeans fit great! Thank you so much Marissa!

Bought lots of cute clothes here! The employees were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. Elle and Kaley provided some of the best customer service I've had in a long time.

They were very tentative and gave great recommendations! I could tell they genuinely liked helping people find their fashion.

Buckle is by far my favorite clothing store. The clothes are a lot more interesting than any other store, plus they fit well and are well-made. Their jeans especially are far better than anything else I've tried. I love the Big Star Pioneer: they fit perfectly and are super-comfortable.

The prices are quite reasonable, but the customer service is that of a much higher-end store. The sales staff is super-helpful but not at all pushy.

So I honestly have to say that Buckle is one of the BEST Customer Service stores ever! The girls took such good care of me. This is my Favorite store and it's all because of their staff!

I came in here at 8:22 PM in desperate need of something to wear to a graduation. I hate shopping but coming to this store makes it easy. Christina and Elenor were so awesome! I was so worried about making them stay past closing but neither one of them cared. I'm so glad they helped me! Christina was so honest...I felt like I was shopping with a friend. Both my daughter and I purchased outfits and shoes that they picked out!! Ask for them! You won't be let down!

Outstanding service - ! 5 Starts to Chea and Jenn- exceptional at what they do. It's been a long time since I've had service like this. The quality and design of the BKE denim is top notch and their curvy fit jeans have a no gap waist. Snug/flattering fit without the "stretch jean" wrinkles in the back of the thigh. Try their Payton Curvy and their Virgo Day trip. These pants are much better than Lucky jeans are more flattering.

My first time visiting this fabulous store great price's and the best and honest customer service two amazing young beautiful girls with the best attitude helping us you just don't get this type of care anymore
So I do value and I Highly Recommend this great place.
