Went to the store looking for gray towels dark gray). There were only 2 selections. Which was fine. They were Originally $18, but when I paid I received $5.01 discount on each. Happy surprise.

I want to thank Anna, the customer service employee who helped me. She was very nice, patient and offered to save me more by letting me know options. She was at checkout on the 2nd floor.

Anyhow, good time to stop by if you have not.

We like Jcpenny becuase of good collection they have. This store is much better sections for kids, ladies and gents. My wife love shopping here.

Despite being Christmas Eve, the store was well organized and still had plenty of options left. They have a nice selection of clothing from uppermid-tiered dressy down to sports teams and work apparel.

Good collection of dresses. Could be better if customer service is easily available. One more suggestion - good to have shopping bag, trolley. This is same for all major accessory stores. Other than that everything is fine.

Good Black Friday Sale on NIKE, POLO ET.AL. Saved some good money today! Hate none of the stuff I bought I couldn't save an extra 30% cause it was name brand stuff. However SHOP JCP y'all! Great DEALS!

I enjoyed this store. The staff was friendly and helpful. They opened more registers when they saw long lines. The store was also very neat and clean.

Support JC Penny. The store is open for business with a lot of good deals for Black Friday Let's support a physical stores who employ lots of people so they can bring the paycheck hone. Time to shop and spend some money.

I was very impressed. Haven't been into Penney's store in years. Found lots of high quality men's clothes on sale and bought few pants, shorts etc. Saved a fortune and much better quality than Wal Mart.

Helpful and quick customer service. Even though Stoneridge mall closes at 6:00 PM on Sunday, JC Penney is open till 7:00 PM which was very convenient for late shoppers.

I initially had trouble finding the big and tall section. When I did, I couldn't find pants in my size. I went to the check out register and a very nice woman helped me ordere 2 pairs to be delivered to my home. All on sale! I really like JCP.

Easy, fast pickup of on-line orders. Goods are nicely laid out, easy to find what you want, even during their big sales. Always reasonable prices, but their sales are amazing!

I have been going to Jcpenney salon at Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton. I was recommended to see Lyla by a friend who has been seeing her for many years. When I first got in her chair she was very polite and friendly right away. She gave me a consultation about by thick and curly hair that is hard for me to style. I actually went in to get a haircut and some help with my styling or should I say ways to style my hair because I was tired of putting it up in a bun all the time. Lyla was very helpful and showed me ways to style my hair and she taught me ways to clip my hair back with some cute pieces to frame my face. I was very comfortable talking to her and opening up about my hair that I asked if she had time to do a color as well, ? She told me even though she was busy she could fine the time to plan in my color. I was so excited and ready for a change. She showed me the color and recommended a few colors that would suit by face and cover my greys. When all said and done I was very pleased and would scheduled my next appointment to she her again. Love my hair!
