Kobe Pho & Grill

Loved the food and quickness of service. The spring rolls are definitely a must try, the pho is very flavorful and tasty!

Just discovered this little gem recently and I love it! Best Pho in the Tri-Valley for sure! I tried their Kobe Beef Pho and it was absolutely delicious! Their broth is super tasty and the meat just melts in your mouth. I have also tried the chicken pho and that is also very yummy, tasty, and definitely hits the spot! Both have lots of noodles and lots of flavor without having to add other sauces. We also like their spring rolls with grilled pork and grilled shrimp, and especially their peanut sauce! It's unlike any other! Their pork egg rolls are also very good if you prefer crispy rolls instead of the spring rolls. My husband loves their rice dishes, and you can't go wrong with the shrimp and grilled pork or the lemon grass pork chops. Everything here is delicious and very fresh!!!
To find the spot, park like you're going to Applebee's/Black Angus and near the Fuddruckers. There is a little walkway behind the Fuddruckers - there you will see some umbrellas and tables which is where you will find the door to Kobe Pho. Enjoy!!

We got 3 of the same chicken bún. It was so good! I was weary of the size thinking it was too small when I first saw it in the to go container, but after putting it in a bowl and eating, I realized it was just the perfect amount! My picky 7 year old also enjoyed it, though he ate it separated. I would definitely buy this again! Oh and we had the egg rolls which were also really good!

The phó broth here is great. Their spring rolls are probably the best I've ever had. Service could be more organized, but otherwise this place has good food.

If you are going to a movie or shopping at the Hacienda Crossing Mall Center in Dublin then for sure for sure visit KOBE PHO & GRILL Vietnamese.... EXCELLENT HEALTHY and VEGETARIAN OPTIONS too! Check out the NO MSG philosophy about why the beef is actually healthy for a person. I am a vegetarian but the Wagyu Cattle have a high level of marbling in the meat which is unique to this breed. It gives the meat a rich, delicious, buttery flavor and texture. The Wagyu beef bones are used for cooking the broth which gives the Pho a delicious comfort food flavor with NO MSG!!

The spring rolls are to die for and the Vietnamese iced coffee is amazing!
