Elnora was AMAZING! She always is. Pleasanton store is by far the BEST Kohl’s I have ever been to. Everyone I have ever dealt with there has been super friendly and helpful. And the store is always so clean.

Great bargains. But I wish their inventory was stocked better. Most sizes were large or extra large. I am a medium. But the clothes I found were great!

Medium-sized Kohl's location (which means it's still pretty big). I did find a few things that I was interested in, but the price deterred me a bit (hey, I can be a cheapskate). Overall, solid department store and you can easily spend an hour or two in here.

Went in for some jewelry, Marilyn was wonderful! She was beyond helpful, she was patient, she seemed really happy to be helping us. There were even a few issues while trying to make the purchase and without even being asked started making phone calls and doing everything she could to ensure we got what we wanted. Excellent customer service. You just don't get that very much these days, so it was a very pleasant experience.

Their clothing is affordable and a good basic every look to it. Also, if you are a bargain hunter like I am they have a large clearance section that changes frequently. If you have the patience to look through it, I've gotten some great deals.

Great place to return big purchases. I actually bought this incredibly small bed for my apartment that was not what I expected. You gotta love their automated phone system. It drives customers crazy. Save those receipts.

This is a very nice place to shop for men's clothing. I always manage to find many items that I like and they have very good prices. My wife finds many items too but I not as many as me. This is my favorite men's shop. Last time I noticed they have a few fast chargers for EVs. This is certainly a plus for coming more often.

It is a decent store that has reasonable options for clothing and small home appliances. The prices are not too expensive and they have discount coupons for members from time to time. I had come here multiple times and I had good experiences all the time.

Had to return my online order for my boys clothes (sizes are stupid now) customer service lady was super nice, she was an older women with glasses and darker shoulder length hair(forgot her name). She was all by herself , but who is very patient.

Great discounts. Always able to find someone to help you when needed. Clean, organized store.

Drive up pick up is so convenient! When I arrive, I park in a spot and send my parking information from my cell phone. Merchandise is brought out to your car without you having to step foot into the store!

From when I walked in there till when I walked out the staff was pleasant fun happy and very enjoyable to work with that's one of the best Kohl's I've been to and definitely would make it a personal choice to drive to that cold to do my shopping definitely a five star rating

I live in San Jose. I found a pair of shoes I HAD TO HAVE but the only location that had them was this one. I drove all the way there and there was a price issue. The manager as well as the cashier were both very professional and took care of everything in a quick and friendly way. I got my shoes.... I would definitely shop here again!
