Best Buy

My wife and I went into the Best Buy in Chico, California to purchase a new cell phone and we were immediately met by an associate. We knew what phone we needed (unlocked )and the associate found it, we paid for it and away we went. The associate was knowledgeable, kind and asked all the right questions. My wife and I were very happy and I should note that the price was the same as the manufacturers special that was currently being offered. We are quite happy with this purchase and our visit with Best Buy.

Bought a screen protector for my phone and the cashier let me know that with the brand I was getting if it broke I would get free replacements. Went back last week and wouldn't you know. All they asked for is my phone number and verified the phone I had and yeah got a new screen protector. If the cashier didn't say anything I would've been buying a new one every time. Definitely coming back and recommending to friends.

I like this place and their price matching policy is the best so find it online and match for the best price. The employees all throughout the store are so friendly and helpful. Great selection of electronics as well .

I LOVE this store they are super helpful and friendly you can always find someone to help you. My husband and I went in to get a TV for our Tattoo Shop and Jose helped us find the perfect TV for a great price. They now offer a plan where you pay for the year and they come out delivery and set up whatever you buy and you have help from the geek squad so we signed up. They came out hung the TV set it up and I didn't have to bother with anything best money I ever spent and we are very happy with the 70-inch LG. Thank you, Jose. We will be back and I will be recommending this store to my family and friends.

Justin, from the geek squad exceeded my expectations. This was my first time into a Best Buy- and first time using the geek squad and the entire staff at Best Buy was so helpful. My computer that I need for school died so I needed to replace it. They helped me figure out what was wrong and understood my sadness regarding the bad news. I purchased a new laptop the same day and they helped me transfer my files. They gave me real peace of mind knowing that my files would not be lost in the process. Would give 10 stars to Justin as he went above and beyond for a girl having a hard day!

Being a retail manager myself, I look at different aspects of customer service. I would like to commend the staff throughout the entire store. Great attitudes willing to help me, with smiles and great knowledge of the products they sell. I will be taking this back to my store and explain to my associates why this is important to emulate.

Best buy is best buy there weren't any surprises or really anything unique at all about it no one said a word to us as we found the item we were looking for. Basically boring and predictable.

Went to pick up a roadie delivery order. IF THE INSTRUCTION SAY GO TO BACK DOOR ( but NOT installation door-further into the back), ITS TRUE. RING THE BELL . dont waste your time going inside. Staff was quick and helpful. Even loaded the tv to deliver

Quck easy in and out to buy a thumb drive. I don't go here much but it's nice to have a place to buyand get something the same day.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with the best employees (who do deserve a raise BTW management!!!!) Dan and Leslie!! Super amazing team. 👏 The company zap stopped offering the free replacement screen protectors in store, so they helped me out with that 😀. Thanks again, guys!!😁😁

Great. Always clean. How? Walmart is never really clean, yet a store nearly the same size with less air conditioning manages to stay very clean. Considering the foot traffic, this shouldn't be possible, yet it reaches beyond plausibility to exceed deniability through a metaphysical metamorphosis to reliably copacetic. You, BestBuy, have done me dirty in the past. I won't forget, ever. It was the one in Citrus Heights, to be specific. Sold me an open-box GoPro and switched it out with a much lesser model, which I could have purchased brand new at the same price I paid for the open-box Item, a Black Edition. I am still sore about this, and if not for my quest for enlightenment, I would undoubtedly be plotting. You got me! The one in Chico is tops. The management is great and the retail personnel are easy going. A little more AC please.

They have the best help available in this store. It never disappoints! I was looking for a 4-5 cubic foot mini fridge. They didn't have the one I wanted in the store but I went in to look again at what they did have in stock. I mentioned the one I had seen online and the young woman answered all my questions about it and ordered it for me. It was sent direct to my door step in less than a week. I am completely happy with the product and the service!

I work as a vendor. I was able to update an Amazon display over there. Other than that, the associates are friendly to talk to.

I had trouble with my phone & Samsung told me to go to Best Buy for help. I had excellent help there.

We love going to Best Buy over the Verizon store. Our son earned his first cell phone and the folks there are awesome in helping him decide on the right fit for him (and us).

Best Buy the best, so buy there. I spendt 5hrs in there the other day and i bought this Straight Out of Compton DVD set for $9.97. I'm broke. I asked a lot of questions though, about a lot of things, and i got answers. There were more than enough more than adequate floor tech folk to help me. When I get paid I'm going back to pick up my refurbished Galaxy Tab A because I'm really not finding a better deals online or anywhere else.
