Went to buy a recliner for my husband for Christmas. The sale was good, the service superb and I am the proud owner of two new recliners. Judy the sales lady was great- let me wonder and sit in chairs and came back to see if I had made any decisions. Writing me up and arranging delivery was easy as well. It’s been years and replacing my current recliner and getting my husband his own was a great decision.

Abe and Erick were very helpful in assisting with the purchase of my new sectional. With so many choices it can be very overwhelming, but they both listened to what I wanted and I absolutely love the sectional. I even purchased another piece to accommodate for the large space in our living room and Abe was able to quickly order it over the phone.
Overall a great experience without any pressure.

I had an issue with my 21 year old La-Z-Boy recliner chair. I was so pleased with the repair service provided by La-Z-Boy. The repairman was absolutely a 5-star guy, capable, competent, efficient and courteous. I am very pleased with the service.

Judy was a great help with our purchase today. She showed us many options and was very clear about the advantages of each one. She was easy to work with and took her time to be thorough.

Judy was knowledgeable and professional.
She knew many different ways to fit pieces into our somewhat small living room.
We thought we wanted a sectional and ended up with a combination of pieces that was actually better than what we had envisioned.
She offered up ideas on what we could do, rather than tell us no to the limited ideas we came up with.
The store was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a very good selection of merchandise.

Excellent customer service. Salesperson names Abe gave me space and appropriately took time to educate me on the sofa. The purchase process was fast which I loved. I shopped around for one month with La-Z-Boy being first stop. Came back around at the end to purchase from La-Z-Boy. Excellent quality furniture, nice selection and at a fair price. Definitely recommend.

After several trips to several stores, looking online, debating and trying different chairs, we decided that the La Z Boy chairs we finally selected were the best for our needs and also the best value for the price. Abe Abbas was the most patient and helpful part of the whole process and I highly recommend him for his knowledge and expertise. (And did I say patience!?)

The person who helped us named Kimberly was very friendly and helpful with my Aunt Emma and I. My Aunt purchased a recliner with a great 10 year warranty. The quality is very good and should last her a long time. She will enjoy her comfy recliner for life.

Several months after purchasing a Lazy-Boy chair, but after the warranty expired, the remote control for the chair suddenly stopped working. I spent a long time looking online for information as to how to fix the problem, but found the website hopelessly complicated and unhelpful. We called the store and they arranged to send out a very helpful young man who unplugged the chair and reset the remote control. Viola, everything worked.
I found the store and the technician they sent to be very competent and helpful and so would rate them highly. As for the Lazyboy Company, I dont understand why they don't supply product manuals that would allow customers to make these simple repairs themselves.

I honestly don't understand all of the very negative reviews. We had a wonderful experience, beginning to end. On Labor Day weekend we went into the store to buy 2 La-Z-boy chairs. We were greeted by Joann, who showed us a number of chairs that she thought would work for us. We were then left to try chairs for as long as we wanted. We had many questions, which were answered quickly and professionally. We were under absolutely no pressure to buy. The store arranged for the chairs to be delivered at the earliest mutually convenient day. Then, after sitting in "my" chair for 2 days,I realized that the discomfort I was feeling was due to a problem with the padding in the seat. I telephoned the store, and wonderful Karen arranged a replacement chair for me to be delivered two days later at no charge. And now - ah - complete comfort. Thank you, La-Z-boy Pleasant Hill.

Purchased a Pinnacle power recliner at the Pleasant Hill Store August 20th. 2022. We were extremely pleased with the service received our Sales consultant, Lellani. The Lazboy sales women was very nice and helpful with our visit today. With her help, we were able to purchase two matching swivel rocker recliners, one love seat and one sofa with matching covers and styles. We were able to get raised recliners to make it easier for me to stand. She explained every detail as we were making the purchase and went through everything prior to our purchase. Without her help we probably would have gone to another furniture store.

Went to find a chair. Abe helped by letting me just wander. Wasn't sure exactly what I wanted so didn't find it. Went to a few other places which convinced me to go back to La-Z-Boy. Found what I wanted right away, Abe completed the sale and arranged delivery. This is the third room furnished with a La-Z-Boy chair; we have been happy with every purchase.
