I love the children section. I'm always on the hunt for different disney toys, especially during the holiday season, and I always leave with something.

I also get my hair done in the JCPenney salon, just a wash, trim and blow dry cost me $70, I was charged $10 extra for having long hair.

Haven't been in JCPenny in years and I love it great prices and you can fine great things

The store was very clean. I was able to get quick assistance when I needed it. I found exactly the clothes I was looking for. When I waited it the check out line. Another cashier came out n to help, so I was able to check out with my purchases quickly. That is really appreciated!

Extremely helpful cashier, initial D. Jewelry counter, closing just before Aug 28 , 2019 to pay my credit card. Great sales for Labor Day.

My family loves, loves, loves JCPenney's. You practically get paid to shop here. Between their coupons that are online or taken to the store, and anything that you might find on sale while shopping is combined together and the discounts are amazing. The store itself is well-stocked. We came in the evening so there weren't a lot of customers and we didn't find a lot of sales clerks. But the ones that we found were knowledgeable, helped us with our purchase and we were soon on our way. And save a ton of money. So now we have quality clothes, our bank isn't empty and we're happy.

Came here for men's shoes, and was not impressed with the selection. An employee noticed that we looked kind of lost and asked if we needed assistance. They led us to an escalator and to the men's shoe section. Didn't buy anything but was impressed by the customer service.

Had a terrible experience with Macy's and decided to go to JC Penny. Although they did not have my size in the store, they were more than happy to order it for me and ship it to my home for free.

Got my son's whole Junior Prom outfit here: suit, shirt, bow-tie, socks & shoes. Their big & tall selection is pretty good as are their clearance racks in each department. I'm a JCP fan.

They have great deals and clearance items.

Nice employees. Great management . We are doing better than what the media is trying to put out there. all the stores are slow . we are going to be bombarded with customers shortly . it's gonna be last min we will be on top Jc pennys has nice quality clothes we have a great home store. And. The clothes. Are on sale better than anywhere .and the Salon is great we need business so we can hire more. In salon and on the floor.we need help in the shoe department cross train. Start off 2 3 days .nice place to work. So far so good..Louise

👍. This department is huge. I suggest you visit when you have time only because of the store's size. Its floor size is moot because the arrangement of products makes it easy to navigate There's a large selection to browse. They have high-end brands to bargain items through the store. Customer service is excellent.

I love this one hate the last one I went to. I'm still hurt by the last store and don't know how to go about it. I loved the service I got today and just wanted to say it. The service I got today was better and left me happy doing what I needed to do. I will drive here and not go to others stores if employees keep making it not worth it.

Not crowded, they have socially distant protocols in place. We found what we wanted by searching the internet first then we were able to go in and go out quickly. The sales woman was great!

The store was neat and organized. There were plenty of staff to help. Everything was well marked. Holiday music filled the air. Every cash register was staffed. There were no lines or crowds.

JCPenny's has a lot of good sales and good quality clothes without breaking the bank. If I can't find what I'm looking for in the store I can usually find it online.

This store location was at Sun Valley Mall in Concord CA. It was clean and organized. Reminded me of Nordstroms.

I love this store, i thought i was using it as a "gateway" to the mall. Their sales are unremarkable, i had to take my bags to my car, and then i used a different entrance to the mall. The only complaint of mine and other shoppers is the line to purchase items is ridiculous especially in the mens department

Was looking for a men's 4xl dark color pull-over shirt for a friend of mine. I had previously looked in the Big & Tall section...but only found smaller sizes. However...persistence paid off...went to the mens department and observed the discounted clothing section. And....there I looked and looked....rack after rack...and the last rack....at the end...was the perfect shirt. Paid for it at the register with a slender mature woman with spiked hair....she is always so FRIENDLY....and....WOW....the shirt was only $12.00....plus tax..."GREAT!"...i said. And....we both said...."HAVE a GOOD DAY!"...to each other. JCPenneys....is still top of the line shopping....as stores go!

I really like this store. They carry a wide variety of brands that I like. I also like that they have competitive prices for designer clothes and watches. I will definitely shop here again!

I enjoyed shopping there that day. I used my on-line coupons as I took my husband on a mini shopping spree for his birthday. We both left satisfied.
