First time there but certainly not the last.

I have been missing out on a great sandwich. I got the tri-tip medium and it was excellent. Tender meat and lots of it. Grilled onions and jalapenos. The bread was nice and fresh. I asked for horse radish and it was delicious. The dipping jus and the French fries complimented the sandwich greatly.
Try this place out, you will not be disappointed.

New "cant miss" spot when we are in the area. Simple spot, but fantastic food. Owner is fun and attentive. Prime rib dips cant be beat. Potato salad is yummy with a hint of fresh dill. Green salad was a little weak, but you don't come to a prime rib joint for the side salad. Dont be deceived by the outside, its great!

Loved the Fajitas Dip with garlic fries. The Au ju is great. Hit the spot!! Tried the homemade bread pudding... and not being a big fan of it and the consistency... well it was amazing. It reminded me a little like French Toast. We will be back to try more. Thanks and Happy New Year

Decided to stop here for lunch and the sandwiches were amazing! The bread was so fresh and crunchy.
The waiter was Super helpful and friendly!

It was one of the best experiences. The man who greeted us and took our order was very friendly. You don't get that at too many places anymore. The food was excellent.

Owner Juan was super nice, always refilling drink's, and checking if we we're good or needed anything. The food was good and massively bigger than I expected. I'll be a return customer, because I have to try other items on the menu.

Really excited to find this place. Had a prime rib french dip. The rolls were crispy and fresh, the meat was good and not overcooked, and the french onion soup was good too, although it would have been better with some croutons to support the delicious cheese. Owner was attentive. We will be back.

This place is a gem. Quesabirria tacos, French dips of all sorts, chili dogs, etc. Good beer onntap. The owner is the friendliest. I will definitely be there when I'm back in the area. 🥰 love love love

So a colleague and I were looking for a good little spot to grab some lunch. Not being from the area, we drove around and saw French dips and more. We thought it sounded like a good place so we stopped. Parking in downtown Livermore was tough but let me tell you this place was worth the walk. As soon as we walked in the delicious smell of the restaurant, captivated both of us. We sat down and service was absolutely phenomenal. We ordered and our meal arrived quickly. It was even better than I expected. The fries were cooked to absolute perfection, the bread was soft and delicious, and the Mario’s dip was to die for! I will definitely be back

Very good sandwich with garlic fries. I think it was called Mario's garlic French dip.
It was a French dip with prime rib and pork loin on garlic bread very awesome.

The service was great and the food was amazing. Do yourself a favor and get the Mario's Garlic Dip, it's well worth it.

Great food and prices haven't been in a couple years and still one of my favorite French dip places and there loaded fries and creamy garlic fries are the best

Came here with my husband after wine tasting. LOVE the garlic bread option, and both of us thought the french dips were excellent. Very fast and very friendly service, and great value for what you get. My only downside would be that they carded my 46yo husband for his beer, and that’s only a problem because I’m not going to hear the end of that for at least a year!! XD

Came here for some creamy garlic fries and it was so so good

Great bread, great jus (the dipping sauce), and tender flavorful beef are just the beginning here. The potato salad is honestly the best I've had. Wonderful selection of beer and charismatic staff make for a truly great lunch spot.
