I’ve been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded for years. They do a great job on shaping my brows and do not over thread them. I have not experienced “bad” service as others have mentioned.

I have been coming to this salon for almost 2 years now... I usually go here for my eyebrows. Staff is friendly and very professional. I go here for various reasons but one of the main reason is because they are really fast AND accurate while doing threading, works for me because it hurts less as I have thick hair and it can be very painful if someone runs the thread slowly. Highly recommend this place.

It's one of my favorite threading salon in area.
1st of all, I always got exactly what types of eyebrows shape I was looking for, n 2ndly it's adjacent to an Indian grocery store and Walmart neighborhood so it is convenient for you to go and complete your all weekend to do list in one go.

They have excellent customer service. All the hair stylist are awesome. Munjo does perfect eyebrows.

This is my first time here, good location, good service and clean work. I have been their customer for almost 13 years and visit their Fremont location mainly.

Very bad service while doing threading my skin got cut. They were not careful at all while doing. Pathetic service. There is no option of less than 1 rating.

Did hair wash and hair cut for my daughter. Unfriendly staff, charged me $50 for hair wash and hair cut. Too expensive, and not worth for the service. My daughter had hair tangles and they are asking me to remove the tangles. Not sure why I need to do after paying $50.

I did threading in this place and had the worst experience. The person who did threading was in a hurry when the place was not at all crowded . When I told that she could trim a bit more, she replied mentioning that it would impact the shape. She was just focusing on completing her job so quickly. Generally I don’t write reviews but with the experience I had with the threading I was so desperate that I had to review. Please do not go to this place and waste money

Worst experience ever. I usually don’t write reviews, but this I have to, so that most of u don’t waste ur time and money. The lady , owner I suppose was in hurry and on call all the time. No one was there in the salon except me . She changed the shape of my eyebrows and also removed the hair on top edge of my eyebrows making it horrible and beyond repair. And she never disconnected her call even while doing my eyebrows. Worst experience of my life. Don’t ever go here. Not professional at all

Whatever you do, DONT get your eyebrows threaded here. The older lady that did my eyebrows was in such a hurry even though there was literally no one else waiting to get their brows done. She was so chaotic that she pulled out some of my skin and managed to miss hairs. This experience was so painful and carelessly done.

These guys charge $10 if you pay with card. For that price, I would recommend you go to Kash Fabrics and Threading Salon. They did an amazing job- one of the best that I’ve had.

We went to this hairstylist and received horrible service. She was rude and arrogant. She did not use any product for the heat even after we repeatedly asked for it. She was not able to do any hairstyle we asked and blamed it on our hair and She then said we were taking too much of her time, and was not even willing to show me the end product. She is very unprofessional and My advice to everyone to be away from this salon for hair styles.

Very worst experience here for threading ... lady name MANJU - (Don't go to her for threading) has no experience with threading .. charges are high ... she cut my eye brows n so many cuts around my eye brows....all messed up ..
1st time I went there that time Miss. DEEP was there .. she did very nice threading.. Ladies go to her for threading Plz!! She is amazing.

This is one of the worst Indian salon I've ever visited.
Charges are as high as of any fully clean, well maintained American salons but this salon's hygiene is poor.
The massage room was filthy with no music. The lights were also not dimmed during the procedure.
I went for a facial. Uma did facial on me. I was amazed, she was diluting the facial cream with so much water every time that I felt it was a water facial massage instead of a cream massage.
She did not pick up any blackheads rather gently rolled the blackhead remover on my face to just complete this step. I could see blackheads on my face after coming home.

Both women kept on calling me "Aunty" all the time. Uma even has 2 kids. Come on ladies, be professional. Leave your Aunty culture at home. Saying so does not make you any younger either. All you do is make other person feel older.

They only take cash tips. When I paid a cash tip of $5, the owner(perhaps) announced it so loud to Uma that she got a $5 tip! Where are the manners? They made me feel that I did not tip enough. What makes them feel entitled for tips? For poor customer service and unsatisfactory job?

I was not happy with their "water" massage and still tipped them.

Ladies, just pay few bucks extra and go to a better place for a proper cream facial massage and not a "heavily diluted" facial massage.

The lady( NOT DEEP) that highlighted my hair did a really bad job and didn't know what she was doing.
I shouldn't have paid her. My hair was two different colors and the highlights were very sloppy, and the color was more on the white side than blonde. SHE SHOULD STICK TO THREADING ONLY! I AM VERY DIASAPPOINTED. THIS HAPPENED YESTERDAY, AND I HAD A PARTY TO GO TO!
