This store is the best for quality, service, and attention. I spent a lot of time searching g for my living room furniture and Taryn helped me every step of the way. She did floor plans and made great suggestions. The furniture will last for a long time and is beautiful. Buy your stuff there!

Ironhorse Home Furnishings has excellent customer service. We purchased two high quality recliners from them. Before we bought the chairs, they informed us about a lengthy delivery date due to COVID related supply chain issues. We checked, and other stores were also anticipating similar delivery dates. So, we went with Ironhorse. New supply chain issues arose after the purchase, yet Ironhorse kept us informed.

We received our chairs nine months after we purchased them. Ironhorse delivery team was great. The chairs were carefully delivered and the operation and care for the chairs were thoroughly explained.

We received the chairs in December and two months later we had to relocate across country. Following the move, the reclining mechanisms on both chairs were not functioning correctly. We suspect the movers damaged the chairs; however, their insurance agent argued differently. Nonetheless, Ironhorse home furnishings was on it. They contacted the manufacturer, and within weeks we had new parts and recommendations for a local furniture repair facility.

So many things were outside Ironhorse Home Furnishings control with this order, yet they were always informative and responsive to our needs.

Whenever I need a new piece of furniture, IronHorse is the first place I go...and I rarely need to look further.

I went to the Ironhorse Benicia location hoping to see a floor sample of a dining chair I liked. The chair had been sold, but I was so happy to find this wonderful environment to shop for the many other furnishings we need for a new home. I worked with Tony who was generous with his time and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am going back today to work on the next couple of rooms now that my bedroom furniture was delivered yesterday. The order time was shorter than expected and the delivery guys were great also. The store is easy to navigate and has such a nice atmosphere it is a pleasure to spend time there.

Excellent customer service! Large selection of beautiful furniture mostly in modern, contemporary design styles. I was shopping for a recliner chair and Tony escorted me around the very large showroom. He was friendly, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable, helped me decide on some design and style choices, all with no pressure at all. I did make an order for a Stressless recliner chair. But the next day, I wanted to make a slight change to my order. I emailed to Tony and even though it was his day off from work, he still followed through with my request, and put in the change order. Like I said, excellent customer service!

We went in to look at their selection of American Leather sleeper sofas and left 3 hours later with a sleeper sofa, two recliners, a kitchen table, 6 chairs and a painting later! Carin was a dream to work with - super friendly, knowledgeable with a sharp design eye. We have purchased furniture from Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn and West Elm in the past, but we will never go anywhere other than IronHorse! Highly recommend!

I have purchased several items through the years from Iron Horse. They have such tasteful furniture and items that will last. My recent experience was with a Sales Associate named Tony Villegas. I had great fun working with Tony. He came to my house and did a space plan. He was so patient and really took hours to complete my living room purchases, until we were both really happy with the outcome. Thanks, Tony!

Wow! Amazing experience, great customer service and quality products. About two weeks ago, my husband and I were in desperate need to find furniture with a short turnaround time for our new house. We came to Ironhorse and met Tony, who was incredibly helpful and full of great ideas. Tony listened to our needs carefully, and spent time putting together options with pictures to help us make a decision. Once we made a decision, we had our furniture delivered to our house in less than a week. We are very happy with our selection. The furniture is so comfortable and beautiful. Our experience with IronHorse Home Furnishings was outstanding from start to delivery. Our consultant Carin Lozano-Ross was extremely helpful in providing advice, information, and pricing. She gave us excellent guidance throughout the process of choosing our new sectional and offered great suggestions on style and fabric. We had many possibilities to choose from as IronHorse has affiliation with many outstanding furniture companies.

The entire staff at IronHorse works together to make the process as easy as possible for the customer. The delivery is inhouse which makes scheduling and communication seamless. They make sure everything is perfect.

We were tele-shopping for a particular sofa, and had called multiple dealers around the Bay Area. While the rest were by and large nice, speaking to Tony was a wonderful experience. He came across as someone who genuinely wanted to solve our problem, and not someone who was just interested in selling. Tony went to the extent of finding a future discount even though it meant we might have delayed the purchase or go to someone else. Even after receiving the order, he stayed on top of the shipment date, and kept us updated on the ETA. And after the delivery, he followed up to see if everything had gone smoothly. All in all, a terrific customer experience!

This is an amazing store (in fact my favorite furniture store) with amazing service. I am so grateful it exists. You walk in and Tony and his co-worker (please forgive me for forgetting your name) are so helpful and knowledgable and truly love being a part of helping you find what you need or just chat about your own likes/joys of furniture. I've never been in a furnishing store where I love so many pieces. Usually you are lucky to find one piece you like - this store has so many. I have been looking for a dining table for years but found most just too cookie cutter, cheap looking or too expensive for what they were. I found an amazing dining table and chairs here (I'd show them, but can't post images here) and am so happy with my purchase. Tony gave me all the info on the maker and breezed me through the purchase. Thank you Tony (and co-worker ;) and IronHorse!

A huge selection of recliners offered. Tony was more than helpful in guiding us to the right selection. Had to be over 75 leather color choices. We went in to look and compare with other stores but ended up purchasing our two recliners. All in all, a great experience

Tony was attentive to our needs but never hovered over us trying to make a sale. We really appreciate that. We found the pieces we wanted and he showed us other items by the same manufacturer to show the quality of their work. Never felt pressured and we found exactly what we were looking for. Great use of the former armory in Benicia. The store has a lovely selection of modern furnishings and decorative items and the employees were very helpful but not pushy. We ordered a recliner and will likely be back for bedroom furniture.

IronHorse is a hidden gem in Benicia. Is located in the historic district near the Clock Tower. They have high end designer furniture for all budgets.
A great selection and a unique style of customer service.
You never feel pressed or harassed as on many other furniture stores. Yet they are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Almost every single time after some comparison shopping we find what we are looking for and at very competitive price.
