I originally chose to rent here because of all the good reviews. Having lived here a year, I can officially confirm these are the BEST property management people in the Bay Area. Straightforward application process, easy to schedule tours online, even easier to pay rent from your phone with two clicks. Friendly, helpful REAL people work in the office. Only ever had one minor plumbing problem which was fixed promptly, EVEN AT 11 PM ON A SUNDAY NIGHT. Special thanks to Katrina Barney and Malene for all their help; I expect to contact them soon to look for my next apartment — seriously. RENT HERE!!!

I've worked with Bay Area Property Management (BAPM) for six years, as they helped me rent and then managed a condo in the Bay Area. Their team has been consistently great. They pay attention to details and follow-up quickly. They have contacts with trust-worthy businesses or individuals to make needed repairs or replacements that arise. They have worked especially well with the tenants. Their management rates are extremely fair. The accounting and communication is thorough and transparent. I can't remember any problems that I had with their management and I feel so lucky to have found BAPM to shoulder this careful supervision. They have my highest recommendation.

Rented with BAPM for a year at a property in Menlo Park. Signing the lease and getting everything sorted was easy. On move in day they left a little essentials "move in day" bag with a cute tote, household paper products, covid PPE, and some nice smelling cleaning supplies which was a really nice touch. The staff are so extremely helpful and multiple times went above and beyond to solve problems. Very quick to respond to maintenance requests and very well kept property. Returned most of my deposit since I left it pretty clean. I only have good things to say!

We rented from Bay Area Property Management for 3 years and were very pleased with their professionalism. I was always able to reach someone when needed. Questions and maintenance requests were handled promptly, and they fixed everything that we requested. Our rent was not raised exorbitantly yearly, and in fact was somewhat below market. Should they have another property that meets our needs in the future I would rent from them again without hesitation.

I rented with BAPM for 3 years. Katrina was professional, and responsive. I was a single mom moving into my first place on my own and after another unit rented, katrina personally reached out to me to offer a different (and better) one prior to it even going on the market. Whenever I had a need for fixing, it was quickly handled. My only complaint was the coin laundry (change to card, please!) I have since moved out but this place was my refuge at the time.

We rented a duplex in Redwood City through BAPM for 2-years and were very happy with the experience. The duplex was an older, somewhat historic home that did require quite a few maintenance calls, but BAPM took care of every single one extremely quickly and professionally. We primarily worked with Katrina Barney or through their great online web-portal. No surprises at move out either. Thanks!

Bay Area Property Management are awesome! We rented from them for about two years and had nothing but excellent service. The ladies in the office were always prompt when returning emails and phone calls. The maintenance man was kind, on time and efficient.

We were tenants for two years and felt very cared for the entire time. The online portal was easy to use for paying rent and communication about maintenance requests was prompt. On the rare occasion that I needed to visit the central office in RWC, the team was friendly and helpful. The unit we lived in was beautifully remodeled too. I can’t recommend the team at Bay Area Property Management enough. I was the victim of a craigslist rental scam when I was moving to the Bay Area to follow my startup dream, and when I turned to BAPM for help they were with me all the way. From accommodating a last minute virtual viewing from 1500 miles away, to a lightning fast approval process, to staying late on a Friday so I could sign my lease and move in, that’s what I call a differentiator in the market. I moved out only because I was moving closer to work, but otherwise was incredibly pleased with my place and my experience with BAPM. Ask for Katrina - she’ll make sure you’re taken care of from step one.

It was an amazing experience throughout my tenure. The management was very quick to respond and always provided excellent service. We had to move out of state, but given anytime if we have to come back would prefer only BAPM for our future rentals.

Bay Area PM was responsive and professional throughout my stay at one of their properties. Never had any major issues. Would rent with them again.

We really enjoyed renting with this group this past year. The unit was incredible and anything that needed handling or fixing in the unit was always done well and promptly. Would highly recommend BAPM to anyone!
