Esequiel did a wonderful job! He came on time ,accessed the problem and got straight to work! We are very pleased with his professionalism and expertise. Thank you so much for resolving this. This leak was very stressful on our family and he got it fixed right away. HomeServe initially had another plumber but that fell through, so glad RB travis was assigned instead!

On a Saturday evening my kitchen sink plugged up. Plunging and Deaino overnight were unavailing. By 1pm Sunday the Travis technician Nico was here. He was pleasant and professional, and did the job efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly. What a happy ending to a difficult incident! And their customer service process was also excellent.

The online app is great, it tracks the technician location and tellling exactly what time he will come. The technician Nicholas from R.B. Travis, is very professional, get the job done quickly and complete.
I strongly recommend use R.B. Travis for any plumbing problem.

Nicholas came out to fix a blockage that we had in our sewer outlet yesterday, and he was great. He took time to listen to our issue, suggested solutions, and kindly and quickly solved our plumbing problem. We highly recommended him, and rb Travis!

Travis was great he resolved our sewer line issue quickly after we had called rotor rooter, and they said they couldn’t clear it and we had to replace the entire Line for $20,000! I was extremely impressed and will call these guys first next time!

Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided by Nicolas from RB Travis. He quickly assessed the situation and explained the steps needed to resolve the problem. Tony was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable! He was able to unclog our toilet quickly and effectively! He also realized our toilet was constantly running and fixed that problem as well! We had an emergency with water leaking from an upstairs bathroom. It was Saturday and we didn’t think we could find a plumber over the weekend. I called Home Serve and they were very responsive. Scheduled for a plumber to come on Sunday morning. Long behold, they called me at around 2:30pm on Saturday and asked me if it was okay to have their plumber come within 20 minutes? I was quite surprised and said of course more than happy to have him.
Arnesto, the plumber came. He assessed the problem and right away knew what was causing the leak. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He worked diligently and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I was quite impressed.

They were excellent in all the categories. Excellent quality, good value, very professional, absolutely responsive and ON TIME! They tend to give you a four hour window, but both times I needed them, they beat the estimated times, and let me know when the plumbers were on their way. Here is my water heater "after." unfortunately, no before pictures.

Came out same day to unclog main line to the street. Technician was experienced and knowledgeable. Explained what he was able to complete and tested all drainage to make sure everything was flowing the right direction.

They responded right away, were courteous and experienced. I have had them 3 times over the last 5 years and would not want anyone else to work on my house.

We had a leak in our water main in the front yard. This company had great communication with me, letting me know when a technician was on the way and scheduling follow up day as the job took 2 days to complete. When Nico was finished, the large hole in our front yard was carefully filled back in and the landscaping bark raked neatly over the area of repair. Very happy with this company's work to resolve our problem!

I had a home warranty and I cancelled them a couple months ago because they were crap, and refused to fix anything and they are being sued all over the country. I just got HOME SERV , and of course the water heater goes out, they said unfortunately it is to soon to cover the water heater it has to be 90 days before I could use it. Be that as it may, they called a local company in Livermore RB TRAVIS, they called me immediately and set up the appointment for the next morning. RB TRAVIS sent out their tech. Nicholas and from the start dude was so personable explained everything and did an awsome job. Nicholas even fixed a couple little things that needed to be fixed from the last water heater install guy. Nicholas and I chatted, and it was nice getting to know him and his work was complete and done perfect. This is why I fired the other home warranty companies because they don't fix anything and it takes weeks to get a contractor to call you back. I gladly paid the amount that was not covered and felt confident about his work. Thanks RB Travis and Nicholas oh the home warranty company that is garbage was "Choice "

Oh no !!! I went into the bathroom and found water all over the floor and the toilet was making weird noises. I did some further investigation and realized the sewer line was clogged. I called R.B. Travis and got helped quickly. Javier (Tech) was at my house within a couple of hours. He asked a few questions, investigated the issue, and had the problem fixed in short order. Javier was very professional, communicated excellently, and was very personable. Great job Javier and R.B. Travis!!!!!!

Great service, professional team with all equipment and spare parts in service truck.

Highly recommended, especially ask for service member Ez (Esequeil). He drove all the way from Modesto to San Jose.

As the ticket gets logged, the RBT tracks and provides status at every stage via their web based workflow.

Esequiel was great! It was a long clear out, but he did a thorough job and stayed the whole time, until he made sure everything was working properly AND he cleaned everything up before he left. We really appreciate his work!
