Staff was very friendly and I even became a lifetime member since the promotion was explained with good energy. The store is clean and inviting. I even charged my EV car for free in their parking lot! Highly Recommend :)

Great people who can help you get geared up for whatever you're up to. Nikki got me set up with a properly sized backpack, and everyone else was super helpful helping me pick out gear for an upcoming backpacking trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for some good advice.

I have had a great experience today at this REI location. I have recently had my tents stolen and I need to get a receipt for 2 of them which I purchased a few years back for my insurance claim. Tim was extremely helpful!
Since the store wasn’t busy at the time, he took the time to search for my purchases and gave me all the info I needed to call the membership care to get a receipt.
It’s awesome to see a young man being so helpful and customer service oriented. Well done!

I would like to thank Jonathan in the shoe section for helping me and my family. He answered every question we had and gave us very useful information.

I recently visited this store and fell in love. I became a member and since then I've found my new hiking boots, trekking poles, bag and a water bottle. This store has everything you need to explore the outdoors. The vibe in the store is so chill and the employees all very kind.

Buying hiking boots at REI was a smooth experience. Enough choice (but not so much that you'd have to plough through to find something decent). Help available when needed, but not pushy.

Darian in the bike shop is super tight. Knowledgeable and very mellow dude that goes out of his way but doesn’t put the pressure on you to buy the most expensive equipment or anything like that. As long as it works for you practically and financially. I usually say no by default when retail workers ask if I need help but I’m glad I did this time. Hopefully he gets a bit of recognition from the higher ups. Big ups to Darian!

Today Kent, at REI in Concord, was super-helpful in fitting me for a new backpack. I knew it was time for a new pack and he led me to the ideal choice. When I’m looking up toward Mount Ritter again, I’ll be thanking him!

Was here a few weeks ago to get some camping supplies. Didn't have a lot of time. Darius was extremely helpful, helping me to find exactly what I was looking for in a very short period of time. He was a huge help. Been back a couple of times the past few weeks for more gear, and each time the customer service has been outstanding.

I went into the Concord REI looking for a backpack for an upcoming camping trip. Mike was the most helpful sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! He helped me size, adjust and try multiple brands/styles before we landed on the perfect one for my trip!

I have been to this store three times in the last month and a half for different reasons and each time their staff were incredibly helpful and informed on their products and what would best fit my needs. Happy to give business to a place where employees care about their work.

I’ve been coming to this store for years. The selection is great, the layout is great, the service is great. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I came here when I was younger and now that I have kids, they put up with my daughter trying to run back to the “staff only” areas.
My only complaint is that it is so hard to walk out of this store without spending way too much money.
I saw a one star review on here that said they bought something cash as a gift and lost the receipt and the store wouldn’t accept it back. I mean in that situation, literally every store would refuse the item. Create an account with REI and they track all your purchases in the system! No receipt needed!

Kind of tucked away in the parking lot, but a great store! Helpful staff, very clean location, organized. It's clear that care and passion goes in to managing the location. I used to work for REI years ago, so I know what to look for. This is an amazing place to shop for outdoor gear or learn about how to get in to outdoor activities. Definitely a little bit pricey at times, but the quality of product carried here is high end. You can buy on a budget if you're focused. Staff is very willing and able to help.

We love REI and have been members for years. If you are an outdoors person and buy outdoors toys, gear or clothing a membership is a must. You get dividends on full purchases towards next year. We always use ours and are grateful for them. They have a wide selection of camping, skiing, cycling, rock climbing, hiking, Pilates, and so much more. Great selection of seasonal clothing. Their outdoor shoe selection is top notch...winter boots, summer sandals and phenomenal socks. When they have a sale (which doesn't receive dividends) the prices are excellent. REI is an outdoors persons paradise!!! On-line shopping is available. All of the customer service we have received has been knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

Felt safe, found exactly what I was looking for and bill was over 100.00 so they must have had a promotion. Got a $ 20.00 card good for next week. I forgot a pair of socks, so that's perfect. To top it of I had 38.00 in dividends so I made out like a bandit. Love a place that takes care of their faithful clients
