it’s fine, they have cute stuff. the cashier did tell me about the return policy but after i purchased my dress and my friends were still in the store shopping, i picked up a bracelet i was thinking about buying and the cashier accused me of trying to steal when i was just still looking around. she made me put the bracelet infront of her and just stand there…

I wasn’t comfortable shopping I felt harassed they need to let customers shop without thinking otherwise

Staff wasn't transparent with the refund policy when I asked. No cash refund, only store credit. I happened to shop here after the changing room closed (for some reason it closes an hour before the store does) so I specifically asked if I could return a dress because it was for a concert the next day and I wouldn't have time to come back to try it on. The woman said I could return it within 14 days, but didn't specify that it was for store credit only. I would have left it behind had I known that, because of course it didn't fit so I had to wear a different outfit. The clothes at this store are cheap AF which is why I never shop there and am disappointed to not have my money back.
Their associates need to be better about informing customers of their strict return policy.

Buyer Beware. I went to this store looking for heels for homecoming and they had a huge selection so I got excited and bought two pairs of shoes. My first time wearing the first pair was to the mall today and I walked for 10 mins and the heel snapped… right. in front. of the store.
my friend grabbed my spare shoes that i brought for school later today, so thankfully i didn’t have to walk around barefoot, but i walked into the store and asked them to exchange the left broken shoe and they refused saying i had already worn it. technically, i wore it for around 10 minutes - the amount of time i spent trying it on before buying it, but even after i said that they turned me down. I now have a broken shoe that i can’t wear with my dress to homecoming this weekend that i spent $25 on for no reason. IF YOU MUST, be careful when buying shoes here. Very upsetting.

Cashier ripped the tags off so I wouldent be able to return the item in the future. It was a young girl. I don’t know why the hell she thought that was okay to rip the things off the clothes I bought. Not okay

La peor tienda que eh ido quise aser un cambio por q solo se puede una vez
pero lo cambie ese mismo dia por que me dieron una de otro color y hoy que quise cambiar por que no me queda ya no me quisieron aser el cambio por que se habia realizado uno del cual yo no tuve la culpa si no la que me atendio por darme otro color que no era .
