The employees were super nice, funny, and gave us great service. I felt bad because my girlfriend went in like 2mins before they closed. Regardless of that fact they didn't make us feel rushed and we just overall awesome.

I'm one of those people that needs to walk into every box Lunch/spencers/ hottopic that I see. I don't remember what was on the front of the Spencer's this particular day, but I definitely walked in cackling. I always find that there's someone in the front who's folding shirts or just making sure the merchandise looks nice, and the woman who was in the front this particular day was also extremely friendly and laughed with me cuz she knew exactly what I was laughing at. I really wish I remembered! The store is very clean and though it is one of the smaller stores that I've been in, I find it to be a very cool location. I'm definitely going to return for some things one day.

Omg meet the nicest worker there today but sadly didn’t get her name she had short hair dyed black and pink w short bangs and facial piercings she made great conversation with me and my friend and talked me through how to stretch my septum I loved her energy best experience I’ve had there yet! :))

Great customer service. rep named Seth was very helpful and answered all my questions and helped make sure everything was in perfect condition , included gift receipts and explained the return policy and time stamp I would have. Very pleasant experience.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place. They have just about anything and everything. Every single time we visit the mall we have to stop by. Sometimes we don't buy anything, but most of the times we do.

The people are EXTREMELY nice and helpful. The products speak for themselves whether you want a shot glass beer bong ar or horror shirt Spencer's has something for everyone!

One of the best stores the mall has to offer!!! My daughter was short $1 and some change and the manager herself gave it to my 9 year old! Thank you sweety. The entire staff is kind and helpful!! I would personally love to work here!!!!
