Great selection of shoes! Awesome staff, useful guidance and great one of the few running stores that carry New Balance shoes. This store has road and trail shoes and you can test run the shoe!

Very helpful staff who obviously have a depth of knowledge regarding running related apparel and shoes. I was helped and fitted within ten minutes, which I appreciated. He didn’t try to sell just the most expensive shoe and gave good advice on fit.

I asked about local group runs and he gave some great tips. I have some places to explore.

They had a good looking selection of stuff and I imagine that most runners could find what they need here.

Just went in to buy a new pair of running shoes and received the most phenomenal customer service and expertise in a very long time. Had to answer a couple of questions and get my running style checked and was handed a box to try that was perfect the first time. Very fast and efficient and I will be back for any other running needs in the future. Thank you.

I have a hard time finding good fitting shoes, my feet are wide with low arches. I told the guy working my issues and he brought out a couple pairs to try. The first pair were wide enough but the arch seemed too high, but the second pair fit wonderfully. I’ve been running in them 5+ days a week for a few weeks now and haven’t had a single problem with my plantar fascia which is what was happening before. No need to play shoe roulette here, he looked at my feet and listened to my problems and knew what would work. In and out in 10 minutes, very happy with the help.

Great place to go for running equipment. We went there to get my husband his first pair of trail runners and he immediately asked about orthotics. Instead of making an extra sale the guy said to try the shoes first because he may not even need them. To me that is quality service. He was really helpful helping him pick his shoes as well. I know what I need in trail runners. I don't know what anyone else needs. The people at Poulsbo Running were able to help my husband when I couldn't. I'm really pleased.

Customer for life! They keep track of your prior purchases which makes buying a new pair of shoes even easier. Very helpful. Also supports local events like Tri Turtle. Student discount is great if you have kids in cross country or track.

Always helpful, extremely knowledgeable re. Shoes and proper fitting of them. Willing to take special orders. This is the only place I've found that will special order my shoes--very short and very wide. They will also turn down business if they feel that a product will not work for you. True experts!

As an inexperienced runner with a worn out pair of shoes, I came in, in search of advice and a new pair of shoes. The owner chatted for a minute about my needs before bring out several pairs of shoes, and encouraging me to go out for run around the building, despite steady rain and the accompanying wear on the shoes I was trying. The second or third pair was a great fit, and turned out to be on sale and well within my budget. A few weeks on now, the shoes feel great, I'm running further, and I have zero knee/hamstring pain! I will definitely be back for my next pair!

The shopkeeper helped me find a new pair of walking shoes (Asics). Super comfortable and I feel more stable walking around in these.

Was really great! I know nothing about running shoes, and didn't know where to start. But the guy in there was really nice, helped me get started, gave me plenty of space and time to make a decision on shoes, and I ended up with a pair that feel awesome!

Kitsap county is incredibly fortunate to have this running shoe store. Have been shopping here for years. They have been patient and worked with me as manufacturers change shoe patterns. Recently, I had to choose a different waterproof shoe for winter running. My go to shoe was not available, Poulsbo Running had 2 other brands for me to try.

The first pair the guy brought out fit perfectly. He just knew. He brought out others afterwards so I could compare but ultimately I went back to the first pair. It was like magic! It is very apparent they have been doing this a long time and know what they are talking about. The prices were incredibly comparable to other places. I was fully prepared to spend $150-$200 and walked out with the perfect new sneakers at $140. I don't plan on buying sneakers from anywhere else.

The gentleman working seems to know his product very well. I was helped quickly, given personalized service, found shoes that fit my feet and my needs. It was more than I've ever spent on shoes, but only a day later and I can already feel the difference in my feet and ankles walking in shoes that fit my feet so well!

Best place to get running shoes. Extremely knowledgeable and approachable! Ive been twice and each time had a wonderful experience and received amazing help. They definitely go above and beyond!! Id give 10 stars if I could

Was amazed that when a running shoe I purchased from Poulsbo Running didn’t work out that they let me exchange them, even after I had been running in them outside. GREAT customer service and VERY knowledgeable. If you are having problems with your shoes, I highly recommend visiting Poulsbo Running! Thank you Poulsbo Running, I will be back!

Went to get new Hoka one shoes. They didn't have my size in what I wanted. So they ordered what I was looking for. No extra charge.
