Why didn’t I know about this place? Incredible selection and helpful staff. I had been looking for new cabinet pulls to replace what was already there so they had to be a specific size so i would not have to drill new holes. Needless to say they had multiple options to choose from.

A jaw-dropping selection of knobs and pulls and other household hardware. Kind of what Restoration Hardware used to be, but a greater selection and obvious high quality. Also faucets and related bathroom and kitchen hardware. Great stuff!

great selection but the people in the shop weren't helpful. I asked if they had a brand of pulls and they just pointed me in a direction as opposed to providing any sort of advice. I was looking for advise to replace all the pulls in my house so just looking at their incredible selection wasn't enough.

They should get 5 stars for ignoring you!!!! They want to make it very clear they are appointment only apparently. 4 people in there just sitting at their desks (not helping customers) and after 20 minutes of me being in there looking at hardware for THREE bathrooms, not a single person had asked if I needed help!! I will take my business elsewhere!!

After being in the store for about 20 minutes, a man finally asked if I needed anything and I said yes, some help would be great. Then I was informed by a very rude woman that they work by appointment only. That's fine, I get it, but did you really have to wait so long to tell me? I was informed that appointment information is posted on their website and on their front door. I did not view their website, nor did I see the post on the front door. And if I did have an appointment, would they have waited that long to ask me? Maybe they should take time to greet people when they walk in the front door and not be so rude.

THIS IS NOT A HARDWARE STORE!
They sell facets and cabinets, why they call themselves a hardware store is beyond me?
