By far, the best bike shop in the area of Vallejo and Benicia. It’s a small shop but they have all the essential bike parts and services. Greg is very knowledgeable when it comes to bikes and repairs. I can always trust them with my road and mountain bikes. Support your local bike shop.

It's a bike shop. A man with one deadlock and bloodshot eyes will ask if you ever work on your own bike. People say bro. People with long hair keep emphasizing how great it is that they "can rely on you guys. I totally torqued it at The Pit."

Because of the facts my son -now 14- had never learned to ride a bicycle, my daughter -now 6- was wanting to learn, we had all gotten a little rounder around the bellies, and covid 19 restrictions had relaxed enough that we weren't afraid to go outdoors, I decided it was time for new bicycles.

Chase and the crew at wheels in motion were very inviting and helpful beyond my expectations.

We went in for new bicycles and Chase took down several and explained both the pros and cons for each bike and did his best to tailor each bike to our expected usage. He thought we just wanted one for my son. We got both. We also got one for my daughter.

I had no way to get them home as they had no car racks available. Chase said without hesitation that he'd run them to my house. We only lived about ten minutes away and he brought them free of charge. When at my home he picked up two other bicycles for repair and took them back to the shop.

Over the following days Chase helped us in many ways: they got in some racks that would fit my car and he took the time to demonstrate and educate me on its installation and usage; he helped me get a seat adjustment for my son: he helped demonstrate installation of training wheels that was confusing me; he helped us install kickstands -unfortunately one would not work-; they fully repaired and tuned up one of the bicycles I had given them, a French import, and were going out of their way to locate obsolete parts for a 35 year old 10 speed I'd gotten as a kid; he helped rewire the gearbox of one of the bicycles after it had fallen and yanked the wires, before it was even ridden.

When we were in for my daughter's training wheels, perhaps two weeks before mother's day, we saw a bike my wife would like, and because of that friendly atmosphere and customer attention we bought that one too.

For as long as I am near Benicia I will always use their store first for anything I need. Hands down, no question. We paid for most of everything we got there, yes, but what really sells a company is service and satisfaction. Chase is a godsend to people who know little about bicycles. He wasn't required to take the time to educate us on anything, but he did. He did it because he cares about the customer. That's all the reason I need.

Just had new tires, and new brake cable, and new Chain, installed on my Mountain Bike. They did a great job. Fast and efficient. Thank you Greg, and service crew. You guys rock. .

2 weeks ago i was looking for a certain bike. Wheels in motion had it. I drove 8 hours to pick it up. Brian was very helpful and even sent me the missing tank decals for the bike. This store is massive and they have a great selection of everything. Especially if you're a yamaha or kawasaki fan. I plan on driving back for another bike real soon! THANK YOU BRIAN!
