I pre-ordered an arrangement online for a 5 pm Saturday pickup. Arriving four hours early, I found it already prepared in the refrigerator, with the staff graciously accommodating my premature arrival. Despite the flowers being in the refrigerator, they hadn't yet bloomed as they intended to remove them closer to my scheduled pickup time. However, this posed no issue, as the flowers had blossomed beautifully by 6 pm when I presented them as a gift.

Thank you Karyn and Nina (my apologies if I didn’t spell the names correctly) for your wonderful service and aesthetic touch on boutonnière and rose bouquets for my girls’ senior ball.

The staff at the Flower Shop has excellent customer service. They are very personable and will go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy with their order. It is very evident that they ensure each order however small or big is made with excellent care in accordance to the customer's preferences.

Ordered some flowers for my mom from the flower shop and they arrived on time and were beautiful - she loved them! The florists were super communicative and helpful, and gave me the heads up that my mom wasn't home at the time and they left the flowers outside the front door. I'm glad they let me know, so I could give my dad a heads up to grab them and give them to her. Thanks again, I will definitely be buying flowers from you all again!

We worked with The Flower Shop for our wedding in Walnut Creek, May 2021. Steve and the team did an incredible job and I would recommend them without hesitation for any flowers you need. We met with Steve and he really listened to what we were looking for and put it all together beautifully. They provided bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, arrangements for the tables and green decor. Delivery was easy and everything was perfect.

An absolute gem of a small business in Fremont. It was refreshing to talk to a florist who understood my needs, remembered them, and did her best to find the flowers to recreate a wedding bouquet. Nina was just great to work with and exceeded my expectations. I also found the bouquet reasonable priced, especially given the shortage of flowers (as I learned from Nina). I highly recommend trying the Flower Shop; support this small business.

I ordered an arrangement for my Nana for her birthday and they turned out absolutely beautiful! The company got in contact with me shortly after I placed my order and informed me that the color vase I ordered wasn’t in stock due to shipment issues and offered me a different color to go along with the arrangement. I of course accepted and it turned out amazing!

This my first time using The Flower Shop, despite some ordering issues on the website, when the flowers were delivered and the picture of the Sympathy arrangement not only matched , but our request for silver flowers was fulfilled. We wanted to put a banner on the wreath, but the website did not have this part of the ordering process,. we will use them again hopefully for happy occasion instead. I put in an online order for delivery the next day. I ordered the 'How Sweet It Is - Standard' bouquet. Many times it happens that the flower arrangement ends up being less beautiful than what is shown in the online pictures. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that the actual one looked even better than the picture with a pretty pink bow tied to the vase. They got the card message spot on as well. I will definitely be using them again.

I have worked with florists all around the country to send flowers to different co-workers for different occasions. I have never never left a review but The Flower Shop in Fremont went so above and beyond for me their customer that I am doing this. They first helped me make a wonderful selection when I wasn’t sure of the appropriate arrangement for this unique occasion. They also helped me with wording the card. Then… turns out, the address I was provided for the recipient was incorrect. The recipient had moved. The shop went above and beyond on their own to find a solution to get my order to the recipient in a timely manner. They checked with other local shops and couriers. They kept me informed the whole way and were so kind and respectful all things considered. I appreciated them so much and couldn’t believe their wonderful customer service, truly putting the customer’s needs before their own. Thank you!

The worker was super friendly and understanding. I ordered last minute and they were able to deliver within a few hours. I asked to have one of their offered arrangements altered and they were understanding and offered alternatives.

This shop is absolutely AMAZING! I ordered a bouquet for my sister’s birthday online through a delivery service. The service canceled the order because it was out of the delivery area but The Flower Shop handled the delivery themselves to make sure my sister received the bouquet then called me to let me know it was delivered. My sister lives in a remote area so this was no small feat. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and my sister loved it. I am so amazed that this type of stellar customer service is still around, even though it is rare, and am so grateful for The Flower Shop on Mowry Ave.

The employees at the shop were simply amazing. Stunning floral arrangements in the exact color scheme I was was hoping for. The different levels and textures of the arrangements were jaw droppingly beautiful.

I LOVE this place. Super friendly people and the owner always adds her special touch. I used to order for delivery to my mother from out of state and she always got a beautiful and unique bouquet, way better than FTD.
Recently, had a plant which they put some additional flowers in it for a sympathy gift. My girlfriend sent me photos daily afterwards when it bloomed. Beautiful choice of the owner. They always put the best flowers that are available during that season.
I just tell them colors I like and they put it together. Very unique!!

Wanted to find a local flower shop that could deliver a cheerful birthday arrangement with a nominal fee, with total arrangement + fees within my budget. The employee who answered the phone was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful, including knowing the questions to ask about the facility delivery guidelines where I was sending the flowers to the recipient. She was also very communicative about delivery times and suggestions. Happy to be able to support this local shop. Thank you!
