Va Outpatient Clinic: Edelman Martin MD

This VA is where I go to for primary care. It’s the closest one near my house. I don’t know how the service is at other VA hospitals but this one is mediocre. At times the customer service over the phone go above and beyond but more times it’s very frustrating. I don’t know what’s going on with the scheduling but there are times I’ve showed up at the clinic and they’ve said I canceled my appointment. What?!? That’s not even true.

Anyways, then when you come to the clinic, they always tell you to come early, but they never get you in on time even when you come early. Then when you’re fives or 10 minutes late they won’t accept you. And then some of the front desk staff are not very welcoming. People are already not feeling good we don’t need to come to a grouchy staff member.

On the plus side: I love my doctors and specialty care staff. They’re the best. Can’t say anything negative about them.
