I am totally pleased with the care I and my car received.
I always had my dad or brother to help me through the years yet not any more. I’m 72 and female so felt the need to be treated fairly and I feel I was. They paid individual attention to my concerns. And I am very pleased with the results to my Toyota Camry!

The team here is awesome! I came in to get a new auxillary battery and the customer service was great which in turn made me trust them with my vehicle. They didn't charge for any unnecessary things and called me before they started work to give me a total. They were able to complete my service the same day and they also told me if they ever have to keep a car overnight that they lock it in their garage which is comforting. I plan on using them as my new shop. I highly recommend this auto shop.

Was referred by American tires to have my tires aligned. I walked in and they were able to accommodate me that day. Andrei addressed and answered all my questions. Left about an hour later. Invoice and detail description of work sent to my email. No problems -day 4 after work. Can’t ask for more.

Andre and his team did a great job on my Toyota Sienna. They were available and communicated well with what needed to get done and had it done quickly.

I highly recommend Main Street auto repair. All the repairs were fully explained to me, and I was shown the parts that were replaced With an explanation of why. I guess I’d gotten used to driving my mini Cooper around ruff & rattles. I drove off from Main Street motors like it was brand spanking new!

I took my 2021 Tesla Model Y in for an alignment after having 4 new tires installed elsewhere. Andre’ was very professional and seemed knowledgeable about Tesla suspensions from having done many alignments, as well as being Tesla-certified to install an after-market suspension upgrade package.

My car was done in about 90 min, which was much more convenient than driving to the Tesla SC in Dublin and sitting there for several hours. I even saved about $25 over Tesla’s price for an alignment.

The car tracks straight, and hopefully the new tires will wear relatively evenly with routine rotation.

As an added bonus, Main Street’s new customer management system provides a seamless, paperless service experience.

Have been here twice so far. Great Service. Quick Turnaround. Appreciated that they followed up a few days later to check in about the work they did.

This was my first visit for an oil change. I was very pleased. They took my car right on time and did a thorough check. They have a wonderful communication via text to keep me updated to what they were seeing. They gave me options that I could approve or not. They showed the price of everything with an estimate upfront. I did have to wait for a filter to be delivered but they directed me to local spots where I could get coffee. This is now my go to for maintaining my car.

Great work. Realignment on Tesla model 3 was well done.

Took a car there for pre-purchase inspection, price was a bit higher but well worth it, they took the time to check the car, did a very good and deep inspection, with a report that had pictures and explanations of why the repair was recommended.

I ended up buying the car on the spot and leaving it with them for the repairs, very happy with the results.

Andres and his team of mechanics are very nice to work with, they won't push you around and they are honest, great customer service, highly recommend.

I have been a customer of this business when it was formerly known as "Walnut Creek Transmission" prior to changing hands to what it is today. I was a bit apprehensive on the change, as I absolutely loved the no nonsense and personable crew that ran it before (Jim, Brian, Tim etc...). I gave the new owner Andrei a fair chance, and I'm glad I did.

I like the flow of things, the transparency, and the emphasis on clear communication. There is not any weird upselling of products, services, hidden charges, or that pushy snake oil salesman-like atmosphere. I like the periodic reminders sent for services that might be due for my vehicles (pending mileage, and if the dashboard assistant alerts me that something is needed). Overall, I have no reason to look for a different mechanic, as Main Street Auto Repair checks all the boxes for maintaining my vehicles properly with excellent customer service.

Took my truck in and discovered that the shop is now an all service shop and not a specialty transmission shop. I was totally impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of service and from the initial right up to full diagnosis and approval was seamless through my phone. I will definitely be going here from now on with my fleet of trucks and personal vehicles. I have been looking for a reputable shop for the past few years and glad that I stumbled upon this shop. You will kot be disappointed with their service and quality parts.

Background:
After months of wasted Nissan service visits for my vehicle failure to pass emissions and numerous excuses from the service department at the dealership. Once the warranty expired the issue was magically discovered by the dealer service department along with a repair estimate.

Main Street Auto to the rescue:
Discussed the issue with Andrei and after thorough troubleshooting by the technicians a service plan was presented along with recommendations. Everything was completed on time and communicated to me on repair status. The end result is my vehicle has completed its smog check and running great!
