Hanabi Sushi

Amazing food, at a very great price! A tiny hole in the wall sort of place that I come to almost way too often now.
Their Ramen is an absolute must have. So flavorful and filling, 10/10.
Their sushi is fresh, delicious and really just looks just as good as it tastes!

Its close and tight seating but it's a fun experience. It has really good sushi 🍣 😋. Way better than benihana and not as expensive too.

Fish is always fresh. Portions are big , lots of rolls to choose from, nice people. You can ask for special plates to the chef. They also make special rolls to your request

Delicious food, awesome price and great service! $21.70 for 2 people included 2 rolls and large plate of endamanes. They served our food within 10 minutes.

Excellent! Everything was delicious, fresh and generous portions! Be sure to get the tempura oreos for dessert, they are amazing!

I avoided this place after the reviews, but tried it on a spur- believe none of what you see and half of what you “hear”. The quantity was plentiful, quality fresh healthy colors,, hot and cold as necessary. Tempura perfectly thin not gummy, one of the best thick and flavored teriyaki I’ve had since I lived in Japan. My child usually picks, but ate a bit or more of everything- and truly enjoyed it. Our former go to Japanese restaurant went under new management and into the depths of watery sauces, poor quality meats/food/service…things change, it happens, for good as well. People will always not be satisfied, too little sauce, too much, perception vs reality.

The miso ramen is scrumptious, service was just what I needed, and the ambiance is relaxing. Picture was taken after I stirred it, but it was beautifully presented.

Love this place, they have the absolute best sushi not only in town but in the few towns surrounding Martinez.
Always fresh, very affordable, and quick service on the off hours.

Note: they get absolutely slammed during regular lunch and dinner hours so you might have to wait a while to get seated/eat since it's a smaller location but it's definitely worth it.

I've been eating at Hanabi for over 15 years and have loved every dish I've ever gotten there. Their staff is rarely ever changing, so they've gotten to know us personally. This is a great family owned sushi joint and everyone should be patronizing them. They are worth it!

For the price cannot beat this place for local and fresh Sushi! Large rolls too, not those tightly wound up bite sized rolls at other sushi joints. Recommend the Cherry Blossom, Hot Night, and Rainbow roll. Hawaiian Poke is good as well.

Amazing looking, smelling, and tasting food! The menu is far too extensive for me to have tried everything yet but I can tell you I love their spicy crunchy California rolls and the chashu ramen.

Hanabi has some of the best sushi I have ever had !! I recommend the 'Islander' and I think the other one I tried was called 'Energy'. There are many more that I tried but I can't remember what they are called.

It's just off the highway and easy to get to. Google Maps will get you there easily.

I can't believe I live right next to this place! I usually go to Concord for good sushi but I just found this place out and gave them a chance; delicious.

However, one 'Con' is that they don't offer those free dishes or soup prior to your meal. It just seems common everywhere else so I though I would get it here too. Still, check them out!

Don't be deceived by the strip mall store front. The food is great. Skilled and friendly staff too. The Uni is always good as well as the Toro. We're not big on rolls but if they're your thing Hanabi has a great selection.

Although it was a busy Saturday evening (5:30 p.m.), our order was delivered quickly. The Rainbow and Mexican rolls were delicious! We will definitely be going back.
