Macy's

Macy’s the have 3 floors. They have the backstage and other floors but the third floor they have a furniture. They have outdoor furniture also. They have too much mattresses collection. They also have a perfume area. They also have clothing area, kids clothes and the lower floor had stuff for home like a blender. All over stuff was full. Only I didn’t like there security guys are not looking professional. There bathroom was so clean. Definitely I recommend this location.

Youney (I believe that was her name) was so kind and helpful! Last night, I came in too close to closing to purchase a bag I really wanted. It sold out super quickly online but luckily she was able to put the last one on hold for me so I could come back to pick it up in store today. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received! :)

Stopped by to buy dress with my wifey. Great collection. This store is a lot better than Stoneridge mall Macy’s in terms of collection and how they placed things.

The cashiers were fabulous. Helpful, courteous, and efficient. The Pleasant Hill Mall, CA, is an excellent store to do shopping.

Love their dresses they have. I found several for my sons wedding and dinner party. So happy they always have what I need!

I ordered a queen sized mattress and it was only $500 and it's delivery only ($50) Macy's has become affordable but they only go up to size 2X

Went here on Monday to get some clothes before going on a trip. The clothes are warm, comfy, and pretty! Macy's is now catching up on more fashionable clothing.

The store was very clean and well organized. Other stores should visit this store to see how their store looks in comparison.

Though busy for the holidays, displays were organized and staff were friendly.

Great shopping with real discounts up to 25%. Shop "Backstage" and get huge discounts. That part of the 2nd floor takes up 1/4 of total story. A fine stop and shop. The 2nd part of this Macy's is in the middle of the mall. Fun!!

It's always fun holiday shopping with your kids and grandkids.

One of my favorite places to shop for clothing and shoes. You'll find whatever is in your mind and it will exceed your expectations. At times, the Departments are crazy, especially the shoes one, and you might not be able to find exactly the sizes you want , but that's only for holidays and big sales days. Love it!

Went here to spend some gift cards I had specifically for baby clothes & while the baby area wasn't too big I was able to find enough to satisfy my needs. Employee was helpful in directing me towards the baby area and bathroom. We had a slight issue with the gift cards as they were a third party GC, the initial employee struggled with them, a second employee couldn't quite figure it out, a third one finally came & was able to figure it out. While it took a second to get them to work I didn't mind as they were very patient with me and displayed no attitude.
Store is well kept and bathrooms were recently cleaned when I went in so no complaints there either. Between helpful employees, a well stocked store and the patience displayed, I would choose to visit this Macy's again if I needed to go to one.
