Checked in about 10 minutes early and was greeted right away and checked in. As soon as I was checked in went in to a room to start reviewing my new machine and fitting of the head gear and nasal pillows. Went over the machine from mask to settings and then the process for ordering supplies. I cant remember the young ladies name but she was very informative and helpful thru the entire process. She even waited for the dentist next doors air compressor to stop running so she could show me just how quite the new machine was.

Danielle did a great job educating me on how to use my cpap machine and get comfortable with it. Customer service was excellent and I felt I had her full attention. The instructions she provided really helped me with a successful start to improving my sleep health.
