It was my first time going into the store yesterday as I usually buy online. I thought the customer service was pretty good. They are very helpful and I found a good amount of stuff and will definitely be back. The only downside is the location and finding parking might be difficult and also being very busy on the weekends with a long line for checking out. I didn't see any bags to put your things into while shopping and I wasn't offered any as my hands were quite full so they should definitely provide that.

It’s LuLulemon in downtown beautiful Walnut Shopping center. Awesome staff that keep the store running proficiently and clean. Armed security as well which nowadays is a must.

Expensive but they stand behind the product. I had a Metal VENT TECH MIDWEIGHT 1/2 ZIP that I purchased 8 months ago. $118. It is some long sleeve jogging /work out shirt. It ripped in the back as one of the threads became loose. I took it to the store, and within 2 minutes they exchanged it for a new one. No questions asked, no hassels . Simply a new one.

I went into the store for my second time in year, the first time was to buy a gift certificate, this time it was to buy long workout pants because it is really cold. I was completely impressed with the quality of the clothes and the helpful staff. The person helping me explained the differences between the pants and what type of workouts fit best with each type. She was very patient and knowledgeable. The individual at the dressing room was very helpful in making sure that I had the correct sizes and colors. At checkout I engaged the cashiers about Chip (the CEO) and again experienced very honest and understanding communication of his - depending on your view - insensitive comments. The store was packed and I still had an extremely positive experience.

I am so obsessed with this store that I just had to get a part time job here because I loved it so much. I really enjoy the free Run Club each Tuesday night, and that they offer free yoga. The employees are super friendly and told me about tons of awesome community events. The employees helped me know which clothes would be best for the ways I like to workout, and I LOVE everything I have ever purchased from this store. I always feel inspired to work out more, get stronger, and reach for my goals when I am in this store, and with the people from lululemon.

The staff is beyond helpful! I arrived at the store with my insane toddler early morning. The stuff was extremely helpful getting me in an out!

Lululemon is definitely my favorite place for athletic wear. All their stuff is very good quality with many different styles. Their staff are very friendly and helpful!
