Quality Used Tires

This is always a good deal and I would recommend this business to anyone. One year, I had tires from a different place that went out of business. I called and spoke to the manager at Quality Used Tires and he offered to honor the other stores warranty. I was so grateful but shocked at the offer. This situation is only one of the reasons I would recommend them. They are efficient and knowledgeable and often have what I need. I have never been disappointed by using this business.

I must say I was truly blessed to have picked this specific shop. They helped me out with fixing my tire problems. Friendly and welcoming to new clients and I highly recommend them to anyone who's needing work done

I’ve always got my tires that quality used tires. Always great service. All those guys work really hard and do a great job. I recently went in to get a plug and patch from a screw that I got in my tire and they didn’t charge me. I didn’t even purchase these particular tires from them but they did it for free as a service anyways. when I do need to purchase new tires for my truck, I will definitely be going to quality used tires.

If you need tires this is a great place to go. They're fast and courteous. Pricing is very fair. I've used the location in Oroville a few years ago and recently the Chico location. No problems at either location!

While on my way to Chico in the storm today, the low tire notification on my dash popped up. Drove straight to Quality Tire and straight away they fixed me up, no charge! It was less than an hour before closing but without hesitation, they helped me out. So impressed because only less than 2 weeks ago, I had to go to another tire place in Oroville for the SAME problem and they took forever and charged me like $20+ to do what Quality Tire did in minutes for NOTHING (free of charge, who does that?! lol). I will def bring my future business back to them and not hesitate to refer anyone who needs it. Thank you!!

I got a great deal and excellent service on two front tires for my car. A few months afterward one of the tires picked up a nail on the road and needed patching. It was in a tough spot to fix but they got it done and didn’t charge me a dime! I am so impressed and happy with the service they provide. I highly recommend!

Came in to get 2 fronts. Unaware of the need for the backs I was gratiusly told about the damage and grateful for the concern. Got all 4 put on and feel a lot safer after my visit. Thanks Quality Used!

These guys are the best, they always do an excellent job and today because they had us waiting a bit longer than normal they did our work free of charge! Above and beyond should be their motto!

The folks at Quality Tires are the best, no matter how busy they are, the service is kind and quick to get you on the road. They fixed my tire today free of charge and they were backed up busy. I am very happy with the service of Quality used Tires.

I was in a rush and stressing this morning because I have to catch an AM flight. I kept filling air in a tire and it was leaking. Genuinely didn’t know if I was an idiot or if my tire was leaking air. The guys at quality used tires were able to look at it, fix it, and have me on the road in 15 min, at tops! Huge thanks to Brian for taking care of me!! There was another guy in the back who also offered to help, I appreciated everyone there! Seriously great service and I can’t tell you how nice it is to know I can drive to the airport without worrying about my tire!! Thank you SOOO much! You guys are great.

I have been buying tires from quality used tires for at least 10 years. I have never been disappointed and they have the best used tires you will find. I will never go anywhere else. I recommend them 100%.

I live in Orland and been looking used, pre-owned 😎, tires for a few weeks but either the places I've gone to out here don't have the size I need or if they do they quoted me some really astonishing prices. So I called Quality Used Tires when I went to town and they had the tire for more than half the price of the other places. And I don't think we were there 15 minutes. They are quick and professional and hassle free! Quality Used Tires, Quality Prices, and Quality Service! The name say it all! Thank you!

They are quick, professional and they put your new tires on as you wait inside your vehicle. I personally enjoyed this visit as my son took me and we talked and he bought me the two tires , as well. So it's now really turned into a family store we all go to
