Nice location, clean, beautifully organized and decorated. The employees are very nice and helpful. The only thing that sucked was that it's smaller than their original store. Not their fault I get that everything's online so no point in them having a huge store.

Nice selection of furniture and equipment. Staff are very helpful. Definitely a clean interior and nice lighting. Features amenities such as drinking water and wifi.

Great quality and good price

I went there twice to pick up items I ordered. The first time I went inside— The lady at the cashier counter was nice and very efficient. The second time, I used the curbside pick up. It was very convenient and the guy came out really quickly after I arrived. The bonus part of this was the guy was super cute. Omgeeee! Oh, he was nice too.

Also, when I signed up for the mailing list, I got a 10% off coupon code. But it didn’t work so I had to call the number to get help. The guy on the phone was super helpful and helped me order the items online. I got a fancy sous vide machine and a vacuum sealer. The only downside was that I did not get a regular receipt. My items came with gift receipts. Luckily, I will be keeping them. I think.

During Covid, the Walnut Creek store set things up so that you could feel comfortable during Covid. For example I had to return some thing and they had a specific desk set up for that. I had received an incorrect order from an on-line purchase and she was able to get a replacement sent to me within a week. I tried using the helpdesk by email and by phone but they weren’t responding to me.

There is a large showroom and they have updated furniture in a regular base , which let me feel fresh. Ken Raymond, a sales associate is very knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions and help me select the best choice.
