This Mattress Firm location was very clean and easy to locate. Craig helped my husband and I find the best mattress for our needs. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Craig was not pushy at all, and didn’t try to oversell us on anything outside of what we needed. We checked out a mattress on Saturday and went back on Monday to make the purchase. Craig was there when he said he would be and was ready to assist with all our additional questions. I would 10/10 recommend this location if you’re looking for a new mattress and definitely work with Craig as he is very helpful!!

We have purchased two mattresses and related items at the Ygnacio Valley location. I have found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. They really know the products they sell. Some of the new adjustable bed frames have so many features and the staff is always willing to spend time with you to make sure you are getting the most from your purchase. Andrew was friendly and informative. The selection was good. Andrew knew right where the mattresses I would be interested in were located in the store. Then he put the mattress in my car for me-it was a mattres in a box.

The staff at mattress firm gave us very clear assessments of each of the choices. They had a Black Friday special for the cost of the mattress & $500 off the cost of the adjustable frame. We also got 0% financing for 24 months & a 3% rebate is due from the credit card company. We had excellent help in deciding & they offer a month to try out your new mattress. If you find you don’t like it, they will exchange it for another choice for a minor restocking fee. All in all a very pleasant experience & we recommend that you try them yourselves if you need or want a new mattress.

Craig was fantastic. No pressure. He explained all the differences in the Tempur-pedic line to help me make a decision. He also helped select a pad and sheets which were applied towards a $300 promotional credit. Keo was also very helpful when Craig was not available.
