Foot Locker

I was in this store on 1/25/24 at about 3:30 pm, ALL of the staff on the floor were warm, helpful, polite, and engaging. Best customer service I've gotten in the 5 years I've lived in California.

I walked in the store and was immediatly greeted by a employee. Then Kelvin V helped me look for the 3 shoes I needed. He was a nice guy and great to talk to. Then at the cashier I met the amazing guy named Hector F, his customer sercie was 10/10 and he was really nice. He didn't rush nor was he slow at checking out my shoes, he was a very talkative guy and it was great speaking with him.

Lots of sneakers and great service. I was greeted right away and was helped immediately. Quick help was very appreciated even though it was crowded. Great team they were happy to be helping.

My favorite footlocker. I try and buy all my shoes there. They have the best customer service. We always talk shoes and hoops. I have to buy something every time I go in. Typically there 20-30 minutes. I guess this is why I have spent about $1,000 in the last couple months. Great job!
