We have been bringing all our vehicles to Brentwood Muffler for many years. They are always dependable, reliable and honest. Jerry helped me greatly with a second opinion and saved me a lot of money when discovering a repair that the dealer recommended be done would not be necessary after all. He explained his findings so that I could easily understand how he came to this conclusion. Mary is friendly and provides top notch customer service with a smile!

Love these guys. So friendly and efficient every time I go in which is for smog my rig for DMV and other issues I have had. If I need them for anything else I'm sure it will be a great experience ,as always I never have to go back for any redo's.My Chrysler 300 is my baby and I trust them to treat it well. Wonderful experience with this shop. The receptionist is very pleasant even under pressure. Jerry is the absolute best when it comes to performance exhaust and creating that unique sound that each car guy wants from his ride. My F150 sounds not only great, but different than all of the rest. And he toned it down so I could drive through my neighborhood without driving everyone crazy, yet kept that sound that reveals the underlying bad**s that my truck has when the pedal is to the metal! Good people, fair pricing, I only had them work on muffler replacement no actuall repairs. Jerry did an awesome job did exactly what I wanted and results exceeded expectations they did job in a timely manner. Just a good experience all the way around will definitely be back for any of my exhaust needs.

My car broke down on me and then wouldn’t start. I got it towed to Brentwood Muffler and they took a look at it the same day. After the initial inspection they called me right away and let me know the issues they found and suggested I take it to Hyundai service center because it should still be under warranty. They saved me so much money by being honest and caring about the customer more than doing the work themselves. Brentwood Muffler was recommended to me and now I’ll be always recommending them first.

If you need your car to be repaired, look no further!!! They are honest and their prices are fair. I have taken all my cars to them and have never had a issue. It's very hard to find a good mechanic who does great work for a fair price. Lastly, I can't forget the awesome customer service that Mary provides!!!

Very professional. Always on time. My girl Mary is super friendly and very informative. I dont go anywhere else for a smog. This is my go to spot and I highly recommend.

My experience was superb my car was dead in the water with a broken alternator. They fixed it up same day. Service was friendly and they gave suggestions on a new battery which my car needed badly.

Jerry is very knowledgeable and has been VERY helpful with information to help me decide on how to mod my new 2015 V6 Mustang convertible's exhaust to get a deeper sound w/o the rasp and drone that is common for modified V6's. Going with the Magnaflow 11365 mufflers and 35136 tips.
