I was in the area and I had to use the restroom. This happened to be the closest spot available. When I noticed it was also a coffee spot, I decided to try it out. I haven't been to Paris yet but I bet some of the places look like this one. I love the vibes and the focus on bread. The customer service is also quite welcoming and the location itself has a really nice modern vibe. The coffee was also quite delicious for not being a pour over style. Putting my stamp of approval on this place.

Great coffee and a huge pastry selection! The croissants were delicious. Can’t wait to go back and have more! Everyone here was super friendly and kind too.

Very good, close to authentic French place we needed in downtown Walnut Creek. Unlike authentic Parisian, the place is clean, new, and has lots of space. Great service! Awesome patties and crepes. Beautiful French music.

Glad you opened, guys!

Feb 2020 update. Still an awesome place. Still an amazing service. We’ve been back a few times and liked it every time.

I recommend trying the Shakerato, today was the first time for me! Nice take on iced coffee. Also try the Kiwi and Pineapple fresh juice. We highly recommend. And chicken and arugula sandwich was exceptional.

Keep it up, guys!

October 2023 update: we keep coming back to this place, still a great local cafe. We are looking forward to the bakery extension.

Chicken or salami sandwiches and quiche Lorraine are our favorites.

Everything continues to be on the level. Great job, guys! 👍 music 🎶 🎶 too 😄.

This is a “go to place.” The coffee is off the charts smooth and delicious. The pastry is just the right amount of sweet and savory. They offer lunch and will be expanding this location!

A cozy little French cafe in downtown Walnut Creek that appears to be always packed with happy people, and rightfully so. The breakfast crepe I tried was quite tasty (though it would've been nicer with a small garnish of fruit or fresh veggies on the side), and the chai latte was great. The line can be somewhat long, and seating appears to be a bit tough to get, especially if you're a party of 3 or more people, but if you're in Walnut Creek and looking for a nice place to start the day, Brioche de Paris is a great cafe to visit.

Are you looking for a French-style cafe in downtown Walnut Creek? Look no further. This cafe offers a wide variety of pastries, cookies, croissants, sandwiches, and crêpes. The coffees and teas tasted great. Nice place to read or work. Friendly and fast service.

Though the location is small- the second you walk inside the charm and smells overwhelm you with a sense of whimsy. The food was delicious, the decor was charming. The menu is a mix of fresh sandwiches, pastries, breakfast and lunch options. Such a great place for breakfast or lunch!

Would always walk by this place with my partner and we would be sad cause it was always closed after a certain time. Until we decided to come early in the morning & despite them not being open later , the morning vibes are here! I loved the atmosphere and the comfort you get when walking in 🫶🏼 You get the small town café vibes. Service is great , the food is great! 10/10 recommend.

This cute little café near the corner of Bonanza Street and Locust right in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek. This place does indeed have a very Parisian feel. Crapes made to order, a great pastry case full of baguette sandwiches and a nice menu to quench the afternoon to heat or cold. Excellent little café, and taking Covid protocols respectfully seriously.

Such a cute little spot. This was my first time eating here. All the tables are well spaced with enough privacy. Lots of light and a super clean space. There are tables outside as well. My almond croissant was delicious and a perfect compliment to the cappuccino. I'll have to come back and try some of the other delectable looking treats.

Was disappointed when they sold out of almond croissant at 10:30! But the hazelnut pastry, crepe rolls, and hazelnut coffee were delicious!

Tried this new place. Got some crapes. One was called the Nice w ham egg and cheese. The other was a strawberry banana crapes. Both were good. The service was quick and staff friendly. I also had a mint ice tea. The only suggestion I have is to show the menu closer to the front door. Maybe a laminated version you can hold. While waiting on line, it's too far and hard to read. The atmosphere was bright and clean. They also have a lot of coffee drinks and pastries to choose from. I am looking forward to a return trip.

I've updated my review. I've now had more time to try several items so I've moved from 4 stars to 5! Great new spot downtown Walnut Creek.
Delicious pastries, crepes and love the coffee/cappuccino! A cute little spot to relax with a treat!

Very nice spot to get a coffee and work. The coffees are expensive. Usually I would get a batch brew but it was just as expensive as the lattes🥲. So I decided to treat myself to a dirty chai. The customer service was wonderful! They really took their time to explain their housmade syrups and give me recommendations. The pasties are good. I believe they get them down the road from Brioche de Paris. Definitely worth a try!

Such a sweet spot to sit and enjoy my Parisian treats. Reminded me of being in a Boulangerie in our favorite Arr neighborhood.
Just what I needed while away from Paris.

This is a nice cafe for coffee and pastries. It’s a good place to hang out. They had this thick foamy coffee which is really tasty. The lady there recommend me to get the chicken avocado crepe with caramelized onions which is super delicious 😋

Excellent food; the bacon and leek quiche is the best I've ever had. There's a very good reason why it's always busy inside.

I stop by Brioche de Paris every time I ride through Walnut Creek. It's perfectly located in the center of town, and the cafe presents a bright, open French decor, with lots of comfortable seating and fast WiFi and phone charging stations at the tables. My usual is a large "bowl" of French roast latte and a pear tart. The pear tart deserves its fancier name (which I can't pronounce) and it is magnificent. I wish I knew the unique seasoning that gives it an exotic French Tunisian flair. And the crust is wonderfully flaky and chewy at the same time, with that buttery flavor for which the French are so famous. I highly recommend that you give Brioche a try.

Headed for a chain, and ran into this far better, authentic Patisserie. Stellar pasties and sandwiches that are, genuinely standard fare IN France, but the exception on U.S. shores. If you're lucky enough to walk into this place like I did, take your time, savor the moment, and imagine yourself in another part of the world where Le Louvre is just around the corner.
