I am so happy that the staff was able to accommodate an appt. for my mom to fly in and see the dress I chose. Plus, they made sure to have masks on while helping us so we felt comfortable. Planning a wedding during a pandemic felt stressful at first but, the staff here really made me feel important and helped me ease the stress by finding the perfect gown. They were attentive, professional, and SO friendly! Originally, I went dress shopping knowing I wanted a mermaid style gown but, the lady that assisted me gave me a fit and flare gown to try on and that ended up being the dress for the wedding day! I can't thank them enough for their recommendations and alteration referrals to make sure that I had the my dream dress.

Had a great experience from start to finish! I live in Walnut Creek for work and my fiancé(now husband) lives in SO Cal and mo family in Texas. I went to try on dresses by myself and really enjoyed the experience. I had no idea what I wanted to wear and the second dress I tried on was the one! My husband loved the way it looked on me when I walked down the aisle and I had so many compliments! The service was great and I couldn’t have asked for anything better

All employees are adorned in black clothing. Ari picked out some gorgeous dresses. She new exactly what would look good on vs on the hanger. The dresses range in price but everyone knows a wedding dress isn't cheap!

The store was immaculate. I like the simple clean lines. I met the owner and she was super friendly.

They seemed to have a good selection to choose from and they range from style, color and length.

I would definitely make an appointment here if I was getting married.

Great experience here! The staff makes you feel special and really try to get to know what you’re looking for unlike some other boutiques in the area where you’re lined up next to several other brides and much less intimate. They are not pushy and don’t make you feel pressured to buy one of their dresses. I said yes to my dress today and can’t wait to get it!!

Friendly staff. Very knowledgable. Don't feel like they are trying to force you into buying anything. Want you to be happy.

While I had a lovely time selecting and buying my dress, the alterations proved to be quite difficult. The woman who does their alternations is only available Wednesday and Thursday, during working hours. For my second appointment, traffic was very heavy and I called to say that I would be late. The store was closing at 3 and I wouldn’t be arriving until 2:50 for a 2:30 appointment.

I was very apologetic and asked if there was anything to do, as I had already rearranged my day, gotten coverage for work so that I could make this appointment. I was informed that nothing could be done and that their seamstress only worked on Thursday’s now.

My only option, after spending approximately 6k at the store, was to pick up my dress and find a new seamstress. When I arrived I had to do 10 minutes of paperwork saying that I released the store of any liability as “I wanted to pick up my dress without trying it on”. This was clearly not the case, but they would not release the dress to me until I had signed these forms.

Being in a customer service field myself, and doing many, many things to make my clients happy and well cared for, I was, frankly, disappointed. Again, I certainly understand the circumstances, but for a high end wedding gown store I would assume that the customer service would be a level above what it was.

In either case, I have found a wonderful seamstress who will help me make the gown fit! Good place to buy dresses, but maybe consider somewhere else for alterations!

Did not have a good experience here shopping for a wedding dress. The stylist didn’t listen to anything I was saying and kept bringing me random dresses that did not look good. They also did not seem to have a lot of inventory or choice at all. Paid $50 and was not offered water or anything.

This place is going out of business and still selling dresses beware!!! Paid for expedited delivery of the dress and it got here two weeks after the promised date and NO REFUND was given. People on the phone give conflicting information and seems very unorganized. Disappointed. Will not come here again.
