Starting with the free estimate, Nate was on-time and answered all my questions and then some in detail.
After electing to go with the job, Nate once again provided all the options available to me and instilled a sense of confidence and trust, which I am generally not free in giving to contractors. He did the job in a reasonable amount of time. Although I haven't had the need, I feel Hein would make good if I was not satisfied. Excellent work, good price, and trust is all I can ask for.

Chris visited our home (520 Monti Circle, Pleasant Hill) on 6/11 to trouble shoot an electrical arcing problem detected remotely by the TING Fire Safety Team (Nandini). Chris did a teriffic job (10 out of 10) isolating the problem and fixing it for us. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgable, and thorough. He is a positive representative for Hein Electric, and we would happily use your company in the future.

After getting three quotes from electricians I found through Yelp, I called Hein Lighting and Electric. Their quote was very good and I really liked the electrician (I wish I could remember his name) so I booked them. And I’m so glad I did!

Hein Lighting & Electric really came to my rescue. One of the main breakers to my home was popping off randomly over the past month. And as a group of 20+ was descending on our home for Xmas dinner I was really concerned that it might happen in the middle of the meal preparation or during the dinner itself. Even though they were fully booked into January they were kind enough to send an electrician to my home in Martinez. Happily it was just an aging breaker and was easily swapped out. Even though the Electrician didn't have one in his truck he made the run to home depot to pick one up! All was put to rights and we haven't had a problem since. So I am very happy with Heim and plan to use them in the future for any electrical jobs in my home big or small.

Good company that did fine work. I had a fairly small job of replacing a blown breaker and adding outlets in my garage. They did the job quickly and the techs were very professional; got the work done well and in short order. Price seemed to be very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Needed an emergency service call and I got a very quick reply. Jim took care of the problem and also upsold me an attic fan which has made a noticeable difference over the last 2 years.

Hein was quick to provide a quote for the work I needed done with options. They were then just as quick to do the installation when I decided to proceed. Not that I ever want electrical problems but I would call them again for any that do arise.

My previous Electrical Contractor abandoned the project. I called around different contractors but none of them match up to Hein Lighting and Electric. When I first met with Nate from Hein for the first time I was immediately impressed. He was very professional, sympathetic, I was confident I was in good hands, that he had come to my rescue, and that my nightmare was finally ending. Nate, Brian and Juan were all very quick and professional throughout the project. Great workmanship, it was completed with PERFECTION. They are heroes! Rick Mercado, the service manager came out to my place of business to give an estimate for some repairs. He was very professional and courteous. The estimate for the repairs was reasonable and I received the quote the same day. The electrician that came out to do the work was also very professional and pleasant to talk to. I would recommend Hein Lighting & Electric to anyone who needs an electrical contractor.

Looking for a local business to handle a circuit panel issue, Hein was able to accommodate us in one day, which was quite a change from the other services I attempted to reach. I left messages with most, a few no calls and many telling me it would be several weeks to come out. Their electrician Steve checked in by phone the following morning, came over a early and was efficient, thorough and professional. Hein Lighting and Electric will be our electrical contractor should we need future services.

I called in the morning, a live person answered the phone (!), and I had an appointment booked for only a few hours later.

Nate, the electrician, was wonderful! He stopped by early (after calling first) to make sure he brought the correct part. He arrived on time. He installed a 4 prong outlet to replace a 3 prong, and even moved our dryer to get access. He was friendly and worked quickly, and doubled-checked to make sure everything worked before leaving. The price was very fair. These will be the only electricians we call in the future!!!

Highly recommend Hein for any electrical needs. They were very professional and were able to answer all of my questions before and during the job. They handled all of the permit and scheduling with the city and PG&E. I will definitely use them again.

I needed an electrical repair done asap and called them late afternoon and they came the next day. The electrican arrived on time and resolved my issue quickly and professionally. I am using them for all my electrical needs in the future.

I used Hein Lighting and Electric to hang a couple of chandeliers and to inspect and fix a few lights in my Kitchen. A week prior to the service Rick, their service manager came out and provided an free consultation and estimate which the company adhered to. On the day of service, Casey their electrician, was on time, polite, and professional. Upon inspecting the lights in my kitchen, Casey thoroughly explained my situation and options. He provided me a way to update and improve the lighting by replacing the lights at minimal additional cost and time, and without any pressure of "up selling" me a service or expensive parts. Both Rick and Casey provided excellent and professional service. They improvised a way to hang a hard to reach chandelier above my stairs by building a platform. Upon completion of the job, they cleaned every surface they touched and vacuumed everywhere they walked. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all lighting and electrical needs.
