Shoe Stop

Stopped by on my way out of the mall. Asked if they did repairs on work boots. He said yes and gave me a price which was less than a friend had his done elsewhere. New soles on both boots, stitching fixed on both boots and leather treatment all done while I waited and it didn’t take very long either

Be careful when buying products from this place! The workers put outrageous prices on the products. I wanted to get a shoe polish and he said it was $20. I later searched the product and found that the actual company only sells it for $6.50. I went back to complain and the worker said he couldn't do anything, and he told me it was final sale so that I wouldn't be able to return it.

1) horrible service. The workers are lazy and obviously do not understand to put value behind their work. What makes it worse is their actual work
2) Their store policy. You cant return items after you buy it. Their prices are ridiculously high for even the slightest repair and still providing poor servicing.
3) This is were the the guy with glasses crossed the line. "He said if you don't like it we tear up the product down and that's it... That's how you get your money back".. Yea, really not a place I recommend for anyone.

This business should be shut down. They do terrible work and they out and out lie. I dropped off one Clarks brand boot to have the sole reglued. $45- seemed steep, but the boots were almost new and I loved them. When I went to pick them up a month later, the guy said they hadn't been fully repaired, so come back in 5 minutes. I came back, he said " $20." So $20 on top of $45, just because they didn't do the job the first time??? I haggled it down to $10- this just to get my boot back. Please boycott this shop. Guys like this don't deserve to be in business

Absolutely terrible service. Guy got an attitude because i wanted to pay with card. Note, there isnt a cash only sign. He could not get his card reader to work, called someone and i had to talk to him. At the end they just said cash and i had to go get it or else my jordans would be lost. Would not recommend i would give 0 stars if i could. Absolutely terrible service

Horrible! I brought in a pair of boots and returned the next week for pick up and.... they weren’t there! The clerk made me come back 3x until he finally admitted he gave them to someone else. I had him return the $70 fee to my credit card plus $60 for the boots. After I left HE VOIDED THE TRANSACTION. He is a thief!!!!!! What he did was fraud. Don’t go to this establishment.

terrible craftsmanship. dropped off 2 pairs of shoes to have soles reglued. glue started to fail only 1 week later. will not go there again. I do not reccomend this place

Will not return. Wanted to charge me $50 to stretch a pair of shoes.

Not the best place to go if you want shoe repairs they tax for no reason and they don’t do a good job they messed up my 11’s

Do not go here. Horrible service, not totally convinced they know anything about shoe repair.
