This was my first baby and I felt so safe, calm, and well taken care of. Labor was such an empowering and smooth experience because of my nurses and midwife. They made sure my baby and I were safe and let me know what was going on the whole time. My labor would not have been as easy going or quick without the encouragement of the team, and the epidural I got from the anesthesiologist. I’m so grateful for the whole team at Kaiser 10/10. Thank you!

My experiences with the Audiology department have been excellent. Dr Suslow, my audiologist, listens carefully to what I say and explains in detail her recommendations for adjusting my hearing aids and getting better use from them. She is extremely knowledgeable. In my experiences with the staff, they have been courteous and efficient.

My doctor was extremely compassionate and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me so I was completely comfortable with my diagnosis and plan of care.
The entire team was warm, caring and professional. I can’t say enough good things about this OB/Gyn dept-they’re simply the BEST!

Dr. Harris was the best for this stressful procedure. She explained my test results that led up to the procedure being recommended, she fully explained each step of the procedure before hand and then again as we were going through the procedure. She was thoughtful, kind, positive, honest and professional. Dr. Harris made this procedure much less stressful than I anticipated. It was clear Dr. Harris understood the emotional/psychological aspect/experience this procedure can have on a patient and used repetition of information delivered in a calm positive tone to ensure understanding and ease for the patient. I am so grateful. Thank you Dr. Harris.

In my opinion Dr Cynthia Savage is the best doctor I have ever encountered at the Kaiser organization (or any doctor's office) and I've been around a long, long time. She is knowledgeable, she listens to you when you are talking to her (instead of staring at the computer which so many health providers do) . I understand the need to check stuff on the computer but she makes me feel much more confident that I'm being heard; first off, or early on, she looks at you to hear what you have to say. I have belonged to Kaiser for many, many years and Dr. Cynthia Savage is by far and away the doctor in whom I have total confidence.
When my son was born at Kaiser 50 some years ago the delivering doctor was chatting about his new red sports car he had just bought, with the nurses in the room. Nobody asked me how I was doing....too busy discussing cars. Another Kaiser experience 20 years ago....family medicine doctor NOT Dr Savage, left the door to the examining room open and was talking with a nurse outside about a party they had both attended that weekend. Maybe it has nothing to do with the competency of the doctor but it sure leaves a lasting unpleasant impression on the patient.
The quality of Dr Savage's care and attention is absolutely WONDERFUL. I'm so grateful to have found her.

I have power of attorney for my mom since she has dementia. This was mine and my brother’s experience. There was only one time that it took a while for a nurse to respond to the call bottom, but we understood how busy they were. It also took over 10 hour at the emergency before we were told they were keeping her. Even our mom thanked all the staff members for being so nice. We thank each and everyone of them for doing such a great job!

Dr, McCloskey has been wonderful listener, pays great attention to details, and makes sure to answer all my questions. On the surgery day she made sure I was not nervous and was very personal. She made sure I was comfortable with all the aspects of the procedure. Her and her team have great bedside manners and overall provided excellent patient care.

Kaiser is a great facility. The nurses really care about their patients. The doctors handle every situation with respect and diginty towards their patients. Explaining every step of the way. Answering all of my questions and concerns. I would definetely recommend Kaiser to family and friends. Thank you

I established new care in Walnut Creek after a move from Sacramento. Dr. Huynh was kind and extremely thorough and reviewed my health history and concerns in great detail. I also enjoyed meeting the medical student he was working with. Both did a wonderful job caring for me. Thank you!

Angela was very friendly and accommodating, and answered any and all of my questions and concerns. She especially tried her best to make me as comfortable as possible during my procedure. Overall, I had an incredibly positive experience.

With a sore left hand and X-rays this doctor helped me so much with analysis and treatment. He gave me a new Velcro splint/ brace to ensure my protection and prognosis. He did some flow tests in order to make sure I didn’t brake my left hand.
My doctor ordered me 600 mg ibuprofen that’s going to make this work. Whenever you have a sprained hand when you’re on the line with your bicycle realize accidents happen. I trust my minor injuries doctor who fixed my good chance of recovery and how to keep my left hand as healthy as possible!
Further and further down my injury was insignificant and the answer was no . Once again it’s not a broken left hand. That was great news and I am completely okay with a sprained left hand- I trust I do have what it takes to heal properly and do something to feel good.
Kaiser Minor Injuries goes real! Go Kaiser! Go Minor Injuries! In two to three weeks I am going back for revaluation and new X-rays and I want to believe to be on the cautious side when it comes to riding my bicycle.

My experience at the Kaiser Hearing Aid Center in Walnut Creek wasn't good and wasn't even wonderful but was actually TRANSCENDENT as when I heard the sound of my own voice for the first time in 30 years, I broke down in tears. And whatever Kaiser pays Audiologist Yelizaveta Suslow, it's not near enough because some enterprising private hearing aid center is going to snatch that WONDERFUL WOMAN up someday! Mark my words, Kaiser. Do not let her go!

The Orthopedic department was Grade A one. The Dr. I saw about my issue knew all about my past issues and we discussed the current treatment options and decided together on the best process forward. Can not complain that was an awesome visit.

The nurse and OBGYN were both considerate and kind and respectful and knowledgeable. They didn't dismissed any of my concerns and were quick to answer my questions. The whole procedure for my IUD was quick and painless, both doctor Kausen and nurse walked me through everything and made me feel welcome and comfortable.

When Dr. Lee entered the room he was very welcoming. We talked about the surgery and the outcome. He answered a few questions I had and proceeded to remove the stitches. During this time he went over what I can and can't do for the next four weeks. The toe looked great. He listened to a couple of questions I had and answered them putting my mind at ease. I would recommend Dr. Lee to anyone needing foot surgery.

Dr. Fong is awesome! He explained everything clearly. He has a great bedside demeanor. Well rounded working with patients and then his discussions on what happens in the OR and possibilities after.

Dr. Phan is professional & personable. I hope everyone is as lucky as me. She follows up on concerns/conversations we've has previously, like 2yrs previous, & always offers helpful advice.when asked. I don't feel rushed & get the sense that she genuinely cares for her patients.

Dr. Sachin Swarup MD, was careful to listen and understand my needs. I felt like he really cared about me and sincerely wanted to help me. I know how busy the Hospital is and was really impressed by everyone who helped me. Christine my nurse, the technician who did my radiology, Robin, the volunteer who helped me in a wheelchair. Even the gentleman who helped me in the pharmacy was considerate and pleasant while he filled my prescription. Thank you for providing such an amazing experience. I retired last month and my wife and I plan to continue our relationship with Kaiser by enrolling in the senior advantage plan since my Union coverage will end on March 1st. Everything about Kaiser has been excellent and I recommend Kaiser to all my friends and family. Thank You!

My surgeon is amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better one. She listens and understands the trauma of losing my husband to cancer and then me getting cancel and takes all of it in to help me. I appreciate her and the nurses that were assigned to me.
I recommend her 100%!
