Dan from Kendrick Realty helped us purchase a dream property. He helped us negotiate a fair price and thoughtfully guided us through the entire process. He answered the many questions we had and sought out additional information about the property and the area. He was also respectful to the seller, which was important to us. We are very pleased with our property purchase and would highly recommend Kendrick Realty.

We used Kendrick Realty to buy our home this year. Pamela Samuels was our agent and she was magnificent! Pam and her team has a great knowledge for the business and current market. She truly cares about her clients and had our best interest every step of the way. She was always readily available and answered all our million questions (as first time home buyers, we had a LOT of them). I honestly don't know how we would have done it without her.

My husband and I Worked with Danny from Kendrick realty inc for real estate. Danny assisted us in both purchasing a home and selling our home. He goes above and beyond! He’s very kind and gives you straightforward honest answers. Danny mad it easy to understand both the purchasing and selling process (it was our first time for both and we had a lot of questions) he’s patient really goes the extra mile to make sure we understood everything and were satisfied and happy. He’s not only pleasant to work with but his availability made everything a lot easier. When we sold our home and moved out of state he even helped us find a real estate agent in our new state. I am so thankful we had him as a real estate agent. He’s a genuine person who knows what he’s doing. You’re lucky if you get the chance to work with him, definitely the best in the business!!!

Veronica Valencia of Kendrick Realty performs double duty and delivered all in less than 2 months! We were looking to relocate from Antioch to Walnut Creek. We went out with her two different weekends looking at houses and found the perfect house on the 2nd weekend. With Veronica's help, direction and input, we made a competitive offer that was accepted quickly and closed within 15 days. Then Veronica sold our house in Antioch. We had an offer within a few days at the price we were asking! Veronica was great at guiding us through the process. She made sure our house was getting the most exposure possible by listing it on all the big realty websites. Throughout the process we had constant contact with Veronica, almost on a daily bases with status updates. She was very accessible, always available evenings and weekends. Veronica's knowledge of the East Bay Area housing market really came through on our two deals with her. We would definitely contact her again if we were buying or selling and refer her to any friend or family member if they were looking to buy or sell, Veronica is first-rate and professional!

I would like to take a moment to thank Michele Neff and the Kendrick team for the outstanding service provided when we bought our first home. From day 1, Michele far exceeded our expectations. We didn't know the first thing about buying a home. Michele made this process so smooth and easy for us. Any question or concern we had, she answered right away. She never left us hanging or wondering about what to do. She was always prompt and courteous. We felt very confident during the entire process. I was all over the map with houses I wanted to see, and she was right there at every step. She has such a positive demeanor. She is very honest when it comes to the properties we were viewing as well. There was never a point in time where I felt I needed to question or second guess the process. She made fantastic recommendations and got us in touch with the right people for inspections and other important people we needed to assist with the closing process on our home. She was there for inspections, viewings and closing. I couldn't be happier with the service she provided and the rest of the Kendrick team, including Mary. I would like to thank Rafael Rodriguez of Kendrick Realty for the great job he did in getting me a tremendous house. He was tenacious and searched out several Class A houses, but the one I finally purchased was the best one of them all, and I owe it to Rafael. Its been more than a week since we signed a our first home purchased with the help of Rebeca and Team (Kendrick). Rebeca strive harder to settle us up with our dream home! Linda Mazzuchi worked with us for over a year to find a house in Sausalito. She patiently showed us every available house and always assured us that we would find a house. She was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of buying a house in CA, since we are from the east coast, and were unfamiliar with the process here. She was always available to answer questions immediately and all communications with Linda were excellent. Even after the house purchase was complete, she continues to help us with various things that have come up. Our experience with Linda could not have been better and we highly recommend her!

I want to first apologize for my delay in posting this review. I've been working from home during this crisis without the internet and honestly didn't feel like I could give this review justice via my poorly connected phone service.

If you are ever in a position to buy a home in the Bay Area, you will want this team in your corner. This was my first home purchase and the biggest purchase of my life, and I picked a great team to help me through the process. Allow me to break it down:
First, my realtor, Pamela Samuels, with Kendrick Realty, turned out to be way more than just a realtor; she was my thought partner, my advisor, and recommended a home inspector who turned out to be as professional and knowledgeable as she was. She was also very intuitive about my choice in lenders and knew that I needed one who was patient and really understood the type of loan that I was trying to attain. Moreover, I appreciated how she kept a constant line of communication with the sellers' agent, which made this process smooth and easy, something I honestly wasn't expecting.

Pamela was my eyes, and she really understood my esthetic and what I was looking for, which allowed us to not waste time but to focus on what was essential and stick to the plan. In Pamela, I not only have a realtor I will use over and over as well as recommend to my friends and family, but I think I gained a friend too.

So now, the home is selected, and Pamela wrote a solid offer that was accepted with no back and forth, and her job is done, right? No, she hands me off to Mylyn Haguy, Lead Transaction Coordinator with Kendrick Realty, who kept us all in check, making sure the 'I's" are dotted and "T's" crossed. Although most of our conversations were via email, I could still feel her smile through text. I'm grateful for her keeping all the players in order, as this is what really makes the process smooth and easy.

I can't say enough about my team at Kendrick Realty, but I had a million options for a realtor, and I think I made an excellent choice.

Steve Nall was my Kendrick real estate agent. I have been buying and selling homes with real estate agents for nearly forty years in Florida. My experience with Steve was the best I have ever had. He showed me many properties that could have been good candidates for me and kept at it until I found the perfect home. His depth of knowledge about the community was unparalleled. My closing was seamless because Steve handled all the issues quickly. Even after my closing he has remained as a source for advice and guidance regarding the inter workings of my new city. Taryn and Mary had our backs throughout the entire process. As first time homebuyers, my fiancé and I had many questions from "what's an HOA?" to "how do realtors get paid?" Taryn consistently reminded us, "ask me anything." Taryn always had our best interest in mind, and always kept what we were looking for in a home in mind the entire time. We appreciated very much how Taryn went above and beyond to accomodate our busy schedules, visiting 5 homes after 5pm so we can meet our deadline. Taryn always kept us in the loop about developments of the home purchasing process, and she always advised us on what steps to take by breaking down the pros and the cons of each decision. I’m happy with my experience in working with Danny Paulson and Kendrick Realty. We used him for both the purchase and sale of our last home. In comparison to other realtors... Danny is more patient, actually listens about what you want, and is way easier to get in touch with throughout the day if something comes up. He is an honest guy who will give you honest answers. I am a former realtor, therefore, I am very picky in regards to any agent I work with and then knowing the laws, rules and specifics in real estate. They must know more than me! I couldn't have been happier with Lisa Sickman! Even with her own wedding happening, she was not checked out and preoccupied, She was dedicated to the sale/purchase of our home and everything that was going on leading up to that! She was available, prompt, knowledgeable and very professional! If we purchase any more real estate in the future she will definitely be our go to for real estate!
